Tickets gekocht via ticketmaster en de optie aangevinkt om de kaarten via de o2 te ontvangen (niet bij nagedacht). Helaas konden we toch niet gaan. Omdat de kaarten via o2 gekocht waren konden we ze niet via ticketswap aanbieden. We konden ze wel via o2 verkopen, voor een maximum van 50% van de prijs... voelt alsof we opgelicht zijn

It’s just the OUTRAGEOUS prices for drinks & snacks.
You can’t bring your own so you have to buy there’s.
£4.20 for a 50cl bottle of water. £9 for a small popcorn.

The attitude of this venue is utterly abhorrent. We’re taking our young family to see the Hotwheels monster trucks tomorrow and note you can’t even bring bottled water or light snacks to the venue. This is nothing to do with security, pure commercial greed. Sick people

Took my daughter to see Disney on ice at 02 was supposed to be in prime seats but my row was behind people with wheel chairs and as we was all on the floor level no one in my row could see over the people in front of us .definitely waste of money and very disappointed in the 02 of not planning the seating better for everyone .

We have just been to see Mamma Mia the party with my elderly mother. We asked for a wheel chair at the main desk and have literally had the best experience of support, warmth and help! Mark Thomas was the gentleman who transported my mum in a wheel chair, and he was the most wonderful human you could ever wish to come and help. Once in the show, the staff were all so attentive and kind - Ace was the name of the main security man who was also so attentive and warm. After, Mark picked us up and took us to the uber stop, waiting in the rain with us till we got picked up. 5 stars doesn’t feel enough!

Went to see Rag n Bone man Nov24.
Never did see him because was so oversold and rammed, couldnt get beyond entrance door faced with large black curtain.
Was clearly dangrous should there have been an emergency so removed my family before 1st song ended.
Wrote several emails, only one was replied to.
No apology, no refund of my £150 ... will NEVER return.
Needs reporting to the authorities that issue licence.

Security staff, some good but some didn’t attend the training. Very rude there was one man herding everyone in by shouting come on come on as if he was herding animals. I had to be security checked twice which was fine but my sister was waiting for me as I had the tickets and one of the staff told her to move on very rudely to which she replied she was waiting for me. Not an apology just a harsh look. We are going for a night out not a police search in a prison. It takes the edge off a good night.

They support a genocide where innocent people are being slaughter

Genocide supporters. Never go there. Terrible experience seeing how they denied the entry because of free Palestine t-shirts.

Always wanted to go here but they don't support free speech so I'll never go and I'll teach my children to never go and support. ✌️

They support a genocide where toddlers get blown to pieces. They deny your entry if you wear anything pro palestinian and act like its out of political reasons. Its the equivalent of banning someone for wearing a shirt that says “free the jews” during world war 2

Visited few times but no more! This place supports genocide!

Evening ruined by waiting over an hour to get to the train station.it was most dangerous as people filed in to the platform which was full to capacity.
Be warned if thinking of travelling to this venue by train. Never again!

THE WORST CONCERT / SHOW EXPERIENCE EVER
I would like to point out that this is a review of the venue and not about the show which was excellent.
I have attended so many concerts around the world that I have lost count. However, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE O2 ARENA FOR THE FIRST TIME. IF YOU HAVE BEEN BEFORE, WHY?
1. We travelled to the venue by tube from Central London which was excellent. So I cannot comment on the car parking situation.
AND THEN THE PROBLEMS BEGIN
2. We have O2 priority, so approached the gate (Entrance B), while queuing we attempting to retrieve our tickets (QR code) on our mobile phones.
We tried both the O2 venues wi-fi and mobile data but nothing would work. We asked at the gate and they said that they were having problems and we would have to go back outside to collect our tickets from the box office. Fortunately, we had been forewarned that this often happens, so we had taken a printed copy of our purchase as proof. So, now with tickets in hand we queued again.
3. Once past the ticket check we moved onto THE BAG SEARCH. We were OK but the couple in front of us had two packets of sweets confiscated. Of course you can repurchase them at inflated prices once inside! NOTE - CONCEAL THEM OR LOOSE THEM.
4. Once we had negotiated, check-in, bag search, been through the scanner and had the full strip search, we were asked if we would like to go directly to our seats or visit the O2 Blueroom? We requested the O2 Blueroom as we had downloaded the 20% off drinks discount for Priority Members. "Sorry, Sir, the O2 Blueroom is currently full but there are plenty of bars upstairs" was the reply. WHAT HE FAILED TO MENTION IS THAT THE 20% DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE OTHER BARS!
"Two small bottles of water, please."
"Yes, Sir, that will be £3.00 each and I have to remove the tops"
"That's OK, but can I have the tops so that I do not spill any of this 'liquid gold' on the way to our seats?"
"No, sorry, that is not allowed."
"What? Why?"
"It's the rules!"
5. After carefully negotiating the steep stairs down to the rear of the stalls and managing to keep our 'liquid gold' filled bottles intact we were shown to our seats. We had fantastic seats just to the left of the stage in Block A1 (stalls), so as you can imagine NOT CHEAP! But guess what? Nowhere to store your bottles of 'liquid gold' so you end up either having to drink it or hold it!
6. The show begins, excellent, but do not dare attempt to photograph / record Mr Kay or the 'GESTAPO' patrolling the stall area will intervene and they are not that polite! NOTE - THE NUMBER OF GUARDS ON PATROL INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY AS THE SHOW REACHES ITS FINALE, SO MUCH SO IT MAKES YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!
WHY DOES MR KAY VALUE HIS IMAGE RIGHTS SO MUCH THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES?
SUMMARY
I WILL NEVER (REGARDLESS OF WHO IS APPEARING) SEE A SHOW AT THE O2 ARENA AGAIN. TOTAL RIP OFF WITH EXTREMELY RUDE SECURITY STAFF.

Saw Peter Kay last night. He was excellent but before going I was worried about the logistics of such a large crowd. Enough toilets and well organised fast moving queues particularly coming back to the tube station. It all felt very safe which is remarkable considering how many people were there. The staff were all very friendly. Will look to see what other events they have!

Ruined my sons 13th Birthday experience at WWE.
Just simply put security staff are over zealous and rude.
Parking is a shambles and when complained staff don't care.
Will never give them my money again.

As a disabled person, I need a little help with certain things and quite often I fund myself trying to put a square block in a round hole!

I love Dream Theater and found out last night that tickets for the only UK gig will go on sale this Friday. However, being an O2 customer I was entitled to get tickets before general sale.

I'm not good at buying things online. When I started the process I soon realised that I didn't understand how to get an Accessible ticket so I called the number provided.

I've got to say, Chantelle was very easy to talk to and made the whole process so simple. And to my surprise, shortly after making payment, I received a lovely personal email confirming the documents I sent earlier was acceptable.

It’s a great venue but why on earth are so many people allowed to vape inside the arena? This is illegal!

We went to see Young Voices yesterday, 29 January 2024.
I had downloaded AXS and the O2 ticket app, as instructed by the school. I tried to transfer the ticket many times and was very worried as I could not access them. Debbie in the ticket office managed to work out that the school had missed the 'dot' from my email. Debbie printed me paper tickets. Debbie was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much
