Great first experience
Great first experience. Ordered x3 lots of eye drops as better priced than high street pharmacies. I incorrectly added the wrong delivery address so the item was delivered to my old house and got returned. I emailed customer service and they couldn't be more helpful, they've re-delivered the items to my correct address at no extra cost, and I received them promptly - thank you. Would highly recommend.

Hycosan Dual and Hycosan Night
Bought Hycosan Dual and Hycosan Night for dry eye treatment. The manager was very helpful as I accidentally typed our old address due to moving a few days before ordering. He changed the details right away and we received our items promptly. Brilliant service and will definitely return for more of the same.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! When ordering my lenses, I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address due to Apple Pay pre filling the information. I contacted the company through a message and within an hour or so I had a response and the situation was resolved. They were then delivered much quicker than I expected them to be. Can’t fault it.

Very impressed
Very impressed! I'm on a tight budget now so decided to shop around, and found that The Optical Store is £20 per month cheaper for my contact lenses! I expected delivery to take a while as Specsavers always take 2-3 weeks from placing an order to delivery.. but after ordering them on Sunday night, they arrived on Wednesday! 3 days!?! I will be ordering again 😊
