UPDATE:
I received a reply from Paddy Box saying I should have let them know about the issue and that they would reach out to me by email to arrange another delivery. I did reach out when it happened by What's App and received a couple of replies so quickly that I can only think it was AI generated. The PaddyBox haven't reached out to me by email and haven't sent another box. I would just like to say I don't want to receive another box, I think their customer service is poor in this instance and it's really a shame as I like to support local whenever I can.
I used the Paddy Box for my son's birthday, he lives in the States. It arrived in plenty of time but unfortunately all the chocolate had melted. This was disappointing as all the items except 1 contained chocolate.

Thanks for the feedback and sincere apologies that this happened. This rarely happens, but unfortunately this can happen if a box is left in a delivery van for extended periods or if boxes are left outside when delivered.
We will absolutely get a replacement sent out for you and if you had contacted us as soon as this happened we would have offered this to you immediately. We will just require some imagery of the damaged/melted chocolate as we will take the matter up with the courier company.
We will reach out to you directly and get these details and send a replacement for you.

Christmas time will be next and will use Paddys. I'll know the parcel will arrive safe and sound unlike other services where parcels have going missing.
