My name is Lesley don't know why it says Claire. I was served by the manager Diane in the shopping mall in glasgow on Saturday 2nd May. Great service from her. I explained what I was looking for and she got me a great deal. Although she didnt have the Mark Jacobs perfume in stock she arranged to have it delivered free to my home. Whilst I was shopping in glasgow later in the day I got an email to say my perfume had been shipped. Great service and a 10 out of 10.

Visited the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries…
Visited the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries store yesterday with my son. Upon entering we where greeting by Lynn. My son wanted to smell an aftershave. Lynn got it for him then gave us some information on the scent, different sizes and prices.
Bought the scent, got a free gift and Lynn even gave me some free samples of rhe New Prada Paradox.
Great experience and fantastic customer service 👏🏽
