Staff where amazing. James was absolutely fantastic service and help in choice was fantastic. Janet was absolutely amazing aswell. Came in for 1 bottle off aftershave and walked out with 2. Credit to the company.

Excellent service
Initially went to browse the sale items in the Cumbernauld store but ended up buying everyone’s Xmas perfumes and aftershaves at a fantastic saving on retail pricing. Janet and Angela were very knowledgable and made the experience worth the visit. Excellent service all around and wouldn’t hesitate using the store again. Both were ultimate professionals.

janet went above and beyond herself. and my experience was made 10 times better. really helpful as i didn’t have a points card and helped my step by step set one up and show me how to put the card onto my phone. nicest saleswoman i’ve ever met

Great customer service, Cumbernauld.
Both ladies (Norma and Jeanette)at the Cumbernauld store were very helpful and knowledgeable, Norma served me I ended up with my favourite after shave at nearly half price , a new Ralph Lauren bag for free and bought a small ladies perfume dispenser for my wife plus plenty of testers.I wasn’t even planning on buying aftershave today but now really glad I did.Thank you ladies , fantastic customer service.
