Having purchased the wrong perfume
Having purchased the wrong perfume for my wife for Christmas I needed to exchange for the right one. The young gentleman in the shop was very helpful and sorted it out for me as they did not have the one I needed in stock he kindly ordered for me and it was delivered five days later.

Excellent service
From the minute I stepped inside the shop the staff were super helpful. Answered my questions, helped me decide which fragrance and gift wrapped it for free. Also helped order me a fragrance (that wasn't in stock) and had it delivered to my home address.

Scruffy, unhelpful, oversell.
Princess Quay Hull. Poor customer service from the chap who served me. Looked like he had been dragged through an edge backwards. I should have told him to keep the stuff, but needed urgently as I leave the country in the next couple of days and last minute shopping for Christmas. Asked if i wanted item gift wrapping. I declined. What really got my goat is the 10P bag charge. I had bags in my pocket and could have carried the item without a bag. Yes it's a paper bag, but still not environmentally friendly.
