Went to the store with my wife who is in a wheelchair, two girls at the till, we went up for assistance, they talked between themselves about home lives and failed to offer assistance. No one in the store and 4/5 members of staff, not even given eye contact

I am so very sorry to read about your experience in our store and I completely understand why you found this so upsetting and disappointing.
Everyone who visits The Perfume Shop should feel welcomed, acknowledged and treated with care and respect. I am particularly sorry to hear that your wife was left without assistance when you approached our colleagues and that you felt you were not even given eye contact while trying to get their attention. I can appreciate how uncomfortable and upsetting this must have been for both of you.

Lakeside Thurrock perfume shop has no customer service at all!
Walked in looking to buy a perfume, seeing they are not too busy serving only 1 customer. Me and my daughter stood there for good 3-5 minutes , One lady was already serving, and the two other Staff i believe her name is Kristy & another girl did not even made the effort to approach us, they were just chatting.
