Lakeside Thurrock perfume shop has no customer service at all!
Walked in looking to buy a perfume, seeing they are not too busy serving only 1 customer. Me and my daughter stood there for good 3-5 minutes , One lady was already serving, and the two other Staff i believe her name is Kristy & another girl did not even made the effort to approach us, they were just chatting.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite being assured that the product would deliver 7–8 hours of use, it struggles to last even 2 hours. This significant discrepancy in performance is both unacceptable and deeply frustrating, especially given the £100 cost.
