Fabulous staff!! Rubi did a great job helping me select the perfect dior perfumes, the other lady also helped with sorting out my membership card, one very happy customer that will definitely be coming back😀

I would like to thank Ashraful and Sabeel for assisting me in the perfume shop Northampton as they did a very good job helping me to pick out the right perfumes that suit me.

I was looking for perfume in the perfume shop Northampton and two ladies Steph and Adina helped me pick out with the perfume I liked and they were really helpful

Everything, they ordered my perfume, the assistant was great, the service....

Steph in Northampton perfume shop was absolutely brilliant. She made my life so easy as I had limited time and was unsure of the name. She googled the name for me and told me where to get the names perfume. However it was the wrong name an I went back to Steph in the perfume shop and she eventually found what I was looking for. Made my life so easy due to my limited time. She was very jolly, helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend the perfume shop and if you can get Steph to assist you I guarantee a very easy going experience with great knowledge of the products sold there. Thank you Steph. X

She offered me well-suited recommendations, taking into account my preferences, and patiently presented several options, explaining the details of each fragrance.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the interaction felt natural and friendly. It’s clear that she has great knowledge in her field and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I will definitely return and highly recommend this store!

I had a great experience shopping at Northampton - the Perfume Shop. I normally have a very senstive nose as strong scent makes me sneez a lot. But the guy who served us( Sabeel his name was ) was very patient and kind. With time and patience my husband helped me find the right scent and i got a beautitifu gift bag with it - i absolutely love the bag . Went to Northampton for the day decided to look in the perfume shop, a lady called steph was more then helpfull letting me know what was in the store and what was new, very patient no rush polite and friendly, a shame not all shops have that looking forward going back

I went in to add perfume to my collection.Was seen by Steph and ayush both made it easy to choose the right perfumes for me.
The service is 100% about the customer.
Thanks to these 2 people I have some gorgeous perfumes.

Terrible in-store experience at the Northampton Grosvenor Shopping Mall. The three staff were extremely rude and had little knowledge about the store. I wanted to address an issue with having multiple reward cards as I observed that my in-store purchases aren’t showing up on my account profile so spoke with a customer service online who was very polite and confirmed there are 2 cards and possibly if I visit the store they could join them or resolve it. I went to the store to check their offers for Black Friday sales and wanted to use the opportunity to address the reward card issue (we all love accumulating points as loyal customers don’t we) Unfortunately they probably have no idea how to fix it but rather they were arguing that it’s not possible to have two cards on the account. Told them that I had spoken with an online customer rep who confirmed it but to my surprise the staff said I was being rude, I asked how and shockingly they all said I was rude. I am not so bothered as I have seen a pattern of staff doing this cos I own a company as well, most times they don’t care about the business but themselves. With that attitude, I am sure they’ll close the shop soon if they don’t do anything about it. I didn’t bother making any purchases again, I was embarrassed and think that attitude will chase most customers away.

Additional Comments:
I must thank the online customer care team, they resolved the issue without any issue. I also made my purchases online and thanks for the discounts. Visited the store again and met a different supervisor who was very professional. Appreciate the response and this is not a review of your store per se, it’s just the initial in-store experience.
