Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I had an outstanding experience at The Perfume Shop in the Oracle Reading on 21st January 2026. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the customer service from Ramona.
She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about the fragrances I was interested in. Instead of rushing me or pushing products, she took the time to understand what I liked, offered thoughtful recommendations, and explained each option clearly. Her professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with such genuine care for customers, and Ramona absolutely stands out. Thanks to her, I left with the perfect fragrance and a smile on my face.
Highly recommend this store — and if you’re visiting, look out for Ramona. She’s fantastic.
