Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I can’t read the writing on the back but it was the lady who helped me find the right aftershave for myself. Her service was second to none & she’s the reason I came back to buy the aftershave. Very down to earth easy to talk to and lovely woman all round. Couldn’t believe she was just in training. I hope she gets the job because she would be a great asset to the team. All the best.

Face was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products which would fit our requirements. She offered hampers with additional less expensive items for perfumes we couldn't get gift boxes for and had them all wrapped up and beautifully presented-just what we needed! Thank you again Faye!

Very kind helpful service
First time in the shop as my 16 year old daughter asked for her upcoming 17th birthday for a signature scent. Jul was very patient and helpful ,listened to all of her wishes and found the perfect perfume for her. On top of that it even came in lovely gift packaging for free. We left the shop with a big smile and a perfect first experience picking her own perfume. Thank you 😊

However at other times I never find Perfume shop competitive as ALL of these shops that sell perfume charge the same, so nice to see a good offer on their sale! Perfume shop Staff at Silverburn is very helpful.

I had no real clue what I was after
I had no real clue what I was after. Janice was very patient and let me smell loads of different scents. I was buying for 2 different people with totally different tastes. I walked away with 2 very new but different scents all wrapped beautifully and a wee gift for myself!
