We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Started my Christmas shopping (yes in October!) And went in to store as they have 20% off ATM. Was served by the truly wonderful Nicola, she was warm, friendly & informative without pushing for a sale. When I did buy she offered to gift wrap them for me and chatted away with ease...
I have worked in various customer facing roles I know exactly how 'good customer service' should be. Nicola, however, had fabulous customer service & a great rapport...the Perfume shop should be proud of this level of colleague commitment

Lovely staff
Having had lukewarm customer service at a perfume counter elsewhere we went to The Perfume Shop at Silverburn. Staff were really friendly and helpful and rather than just buying the aftershave we were after, we also bought a bottle of perfume. We will be back.
