Tiabah was amazing! she helped me pick out from multiple fragrances, set me up a loyalty card, let me know of the over £30 spend a £10 travel perfume and gift wrapped my gift.. she made it so easy for me and made me feel comfortable… will definitely be returning!! thank youuu

A lovely greeting from the staff at Solihull so that was a great start. The item I wanted wasn’t in stock so it was ordered for me. I spun the wheel to get an extra 10% off and I had next day delivery. So altogether an excellent experience.

Amazing service at Solihull store
Our visit to the perfume shop was fantastic with the professional help of Tiabah at the Solihull store whenever we have visited we have had exceptional customer service from herself. Would recommend her to everyone as she is just a lovely person and always has a smile on her face.
