The design on the bags is exactly the same as in my original design — they look super cute and are perfect for the birthday party! The seller was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. The only thing I would love to see are even bigger bag options in the future. Overall, a great experience!

As a small business, I'm genuinely appalled at the customer service. I like supporting small businesses for obvious reasons but my orders get canceled and I get refunded before being contacted even though I have been messaging back and forth. I didn't get to approve the designs before as it says on the website I am genuinely APPALLED. I hope this review gets seen and the company takes what I have said and considers it instead of ignoring it like when I messaged saying this so that an amicable solution could be found. I now have a birthday party with half of what I needed. Not great!
