To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

Don’t waste your time
My ex my experience was that they have poorly trained customer service people that are slow that do not listen, and are rather punitive I shall say. Confirm they had all information needed and still did not cancel shipment and program, causing me to waste more of my time than I have already wasted. I have tried their product with three different dogs and every single one of them would not touch any food with it on it. This is purely a marketing scam and the rating shown on Trustpilot make me not want to trust Trustpilot anymore. We will see if they respond to a direct email.

Excellent customer service ( slow but excellent)
I’ve been giving my dog the probiotic chew for about 6 months and she doesn’t lick her paws or fabric anymore.
Recently I bought the dental powder but it did not agree with her, she vomited 3 mornings in a row. I stopped giving it to her and contacted the company wondering if I could return for a refund. ( I bought 3 jars) They gave me a full refund without me having to send my three jars back.

I found the product was lasting longer…
I found the product was lasting longer than what it was supposed as they were sending me a new package monthly. I notified them as to only send every other month. That worked , it was easy to change the delivery date! All is well now, and my dogs teeth are greatly improved now

Great dental product!
My dog has literally been on this for approximately 2 weeks and I'm already seeing an improvement in his teeth! He had chunks of tartar build up on his back teeth that are 99% gone already. I've been watching this product for several months now and I'm very skeptical of things online these days but I finally decided to give it a try, and I am just blown away. Not only is it cleaning my dogs teeth, but my picky eater is actually eating this with his food no problem. I'm so glad I gave this a try!

Love this product
