Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Shipment was fast, that has been the only positive. I understand the powder takes 3 months possibly to see some results for black build up, I get it, however this is due to the product affecting my dogs diabetes and blood sugar levels. I had to stop because she wasn't doing well with the addition of the product. I tried contacting them multiple times via email but they never responded even after two weeks. I had to do a credit card chargeback with them.

My experience is I have canceled this product four times and you keep charging me and sending me more product. I’ve asked for it to be canceled for five months now.

Beautiful teeth

Don't send me your stuff .

Don't send anymore products. Then I get billed , I don't want a subscription to ur products coming to me. A person should be able to go on your website and order what she needs and then go leave it alone. Don't have to worry about 12 more come to the mail..

We’re really sorry for the confusion caused. Please know that we never enroll customers into a subscription without their consent — customers are only placed on a subscription if the “Save more with a subscription” option is selected and not toggled off during checkout.

Did you know that we offer Customer Portals in which you can adjust the frequency of your deliveries as well as pause or cancel your subscription at any time? If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll need to do that before you can log in.
