I wore the Theradome device for 6+ months and saw really nice results at around month 7. this device is easy to use and the audio feedback on remaining time is incredibly helpful for a 'hassle free' and 'worry free' experience. at around the 7 month mark my 2 problem areas (loss of hair at crown, and thinning of forehead and temples) started to reverse, to the delight of not only myself but also of my hairstylist. in fact my hairstylists reaction at one point was; "Whoa! Look at that! Great job!!"

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. Paid $695 and have never received my order. Called customer services and she said ups attempted to deliver to my house which is not true because my wife is home everyday. Then they said it would be shipped to the ups store which never happened. Asked for a full refund and she said there would be a $150 charge that’s somewhere in some fine print. Purchasers Beware. This is not a product Review it’s a company review.

I’ve been using Theradome for 2 years and I’m very happy with it. It seems to have reduced my hair loss. I tried a different brand first and hated I had to have a cord attached to it with a battery pack. And I noticed no difference. Theradome has no battery pack which is so much better!! Great design and very good product.

I've had a very good experience with Theradome. I'm currently dealing with medical issues that have caused hair loss. But, I've seen some positive results. I know that continuance with Theradome will produce more.
I've called customer support for a small issue, and Randy at customer service was wonderful and helped in resolving my problem.

Bad customer service
I’m a hair model and experience seasonal shedding for 6 weeks starting in November every year. I read about Theradome and ordered it. I found the weight of the helmet gave me headaches and I though the pressure of the helmet was making my hair fall out. I emailed Sally-Ann and she said pressure doesn’t make hair fall out. I spoke to a dermatologist and he said it does due to traction alopecia. Sally-Ann offered to send me more Velcro so I could put more padding around my head to relieve the weight. She forgot to send it. I emailed her again and she said to just return it as the UK didn’t have the 60 day return the US had.I said I didn’t keep the box. Sally-Ann sent me a condescending email saying everyone knows to keep the box so the helmet won’t break and if I returned it I would get very little back. I said I was storing the helmet in the white bag that cane with the box and had never dropped it. I had never heard of people keeping a huge box when people live in small flats here. I emailed Sally-Ann saying since I couldn’t return the helmet due to the box issue if she could she send me the Velcro she had promised to send weeks ago and let me know when it was mailed. I received the Velcro today in the mail with Sally-Ann giving me no email she had mailed it. I want the helmet to work but could have done so without the condescending and below par customer service.

I’ve been using the Theradome helmet for 8 months now, and I’m excited to share my experience, especially regarding how it has significantly reduced my hair shedding.
I started noticing my hair thinning and increased shedding about a year ago. It was concerning, and I tried various shampoos and treatments, but I wasn’t seeing the results I hoped for. After doing some research on laser therapy and its benefits for hair restoration, I decided to give the Theradome a try.
Using the Theradome quickly became a part of my routine. I made it a point to use it consistently, committing to the recommended two or more sessions per week. Each session lasts about 20 minutes, which I found easy to fit into my schedule—often while watching TV or reading. One of the most remarkable changes I noticed was a significant reduction in hair shedding. Within the first month, I started to see fewer loose hairs in my brush and on my clothes. By the end of my second month, it became evident that my hair was shedding much less than before, which was a huge relief.
As I continued using the helmet, not only did the shedding decrease, but I also began to notice new growth in areas that had been thinning. Fine baby hairs started sprouting, giving me hope that my hair was not just stabilizing but rejuvenating..
I highly recommend the Theradome helmet to anyone struggling with hair loss or shedding. Consistency is key, but if you stick with it, you may be pleasantly surprised by the results. It has truly transformed my hair journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress!

I've been using Theradome for many months now and feel that it significantly reduced shedding of hair. I've also purchased the extended warranty from Theradome and they have been responsive in replacing the batteries for my helmet and providing other support, when needed.

I would advise prospective customers;
- Be accurate and careful with your shipping information & contact phone number.
- TRACK the package through UPS yourself, Be aware of the actual delivery date.
If for ANY reason the certified delivery goes astray, YOU will be charged $150 for shipping, before any refund or redelivery attempt can be made.
This is IN Theradome's stated policies, ...from a link on the last page of the website, at the bottom of the page (ie, not obvious).
Theradome ships its products certified, so the recipient must acknowledge and receive the product. This makes sense: the Theradome product is a fairly pricey medical product.
I'm not sold on a $150 shipping cost, (maybe $75 each direction makes sense?) but Theradome DOES tell you upfront, if you dig deep enough.
Our delivery problem on round #1 was due to UPS - NOT Theradome - but it cost us personally $150. Just be aware.
Theradome HAS delivered a replacement product. The refund (less $150) has been made in a timely fashion. They DID provide the same (or even better!) discount.
Thank you! Jim from Theradome took a personal interest in this transaction, and was on top of the shipment & delivery all along the way. (which IS, IMHO, 'above & beyond!)
Because an actual person at Theradome went the extra mile to help us get the product on round #2, I want to give them a high score. Because I'm out $150, I'm knocking off one star.
