We really appreciated the interpersonal element of this care, most especially by Emily in the Belfast clinic and Dr Iram in the Carrickmines clinic.
She was very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable at every step.
Overall the clinic is very well run, we always understood what the next step was through the clear communication from the team, especially Emily.
We found Dr Iram’s care fantastic. She listened carefully to all of our concerns and guided us during the decision making points with her extensive clinical knowledge.
My wife and I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff are amazing. Every appointment I have went to so far the staff greet you with a caring and friendly disposition. Means a lot because the journey is overwhelming. Highly Recommend

We started our treatment at Therapie in July 2025, and I’m now due with our long awaited baby in May 2026!! we couldn’t be happier! From the very beginning, the whole team has been incredible, professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. The clinic itself is a top-class facility, it’s modern, welcoming, and designed to make every visit as comfortable as possible. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and dedication throughout our journey. I would highly recommend the team at Therapie to anyone considering fertility treatment, they truly go above and beyond. I’m forever grateful.

We have just finished our journey with Thérapie Clinic and had an excellent experience. We were lucky enough to have a positive outcome with our first transfer. The staff are so attentive and friendly, the portal is very easy to communicate through. We attended the satellite clinic in Dundalk for some scans and bloods and Amy who works there is fab!

I went for an initial consultation and work-up for egg freezing at the Belfast satellite clinic and cannot speak highly enough of Emily. From initial consultation to visits for ultrasound scans and bloods, Emily instantly puts you at ease and is always warm, approachable, knowledgeable and professional.

She is excellent at her job and I have always felt she was committed to helping achieve the best outcome for me. Truly an asset to the Thérapie Fertility team!

I can’t recommend Therapie enough, right from the beginning to the end. Amy who is based in Dundalk, made the process so easy and was constantly at hand with support and assistance with any worry or question we had. We have just welcomed our baby boy into the world and we can’t be happier.

Very careless Doctor and Team!
We had only two eggs retrieved and requested to use ICSI method to fertilise the eggs but they did not pay any attention to our request and used the ordinary way to fertilise the eggs and none of the eggs were fertilised.
Please Avoid this Clinic. Doctors have no clue what they are doing. Now they are calling us and saying that they would prefer to use the ICSI next time. It sounds like they don’t care about patients. All they care about is money !!
One patient recovered means one customer lost for them!
Very disappointed and unhappy with the Service.

We can’t recommend Therapie enough. We were made feel so welcome and comfortable from the minute we stepped into the building. They make it very personal and less clinical. We had a fantastic experience with Therapie the care we received, the advice we received and the relationships we built with the nurses and Drs was fantastic. They became part of our fertility journey. Jenny our main nurse was with us every step along the way and she made it very easy. The support and encouragement we got every step along the
way was top tier. We now have our three week old twins thanks to the team at Therapie. A Thank you will never be enough.

We have just finished our journey with Thérapie fertility and would highly recommend them. Every nurse and member of staff we have met have been so kind and professional. Emily in the Belfast clinic was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and such a genuinely lovely person … so kind, knowledgeable and great at her job and she made our experience so much better overall!

We would highly recommend the therapie fertility clinic as from the moment we met with our nurse in the Belfast satellite clinic we were made to feel so welcomed and we were given all the guidance and information we needed. When we went for a treatment in carrickmines the staff from reception to the nurses were so welcoming and very pleasant and put us at ease instantly. We couldn't recommend this clinic enough, we are at the early stage of our journey we but can't wait for the rest of it to be complete.

Starting the journey in Therapie was something me and my partner thought we would never have to do, but Nurse Amy made it a whole lot easier. She was so caring and easy to speak to, she is an expert at her craft and absolute treasure to the company.
Amy was our main point of contact, so it was lovely to build up a relationship with her!
Not to forget to mention all the lovely nurses in Carrickmines and Doctors. Every step of the experience was so easy and made so comfortable for us. We are now currently 12 weeks pregnant with our first baby and couldn't be happier and its all Thanks to Therapie clinic!

Fertility journey is hard to start with, but people like Emily makes everything easier. She is absolutely fantastic and we love the love she has for her job. Always with a smile ready to help, no questions is to big or to hard for her. People for people to create little people. Our baby is now 8 months old and it's all thanks to this amazing clinic, I loved every step of my journey there. The clinic is very modern and has such wonderful professionals working there. I will definitely be back.❤️

Many times i have tried to write this since we recieved our amazing news, but emotions took over each time.
Its very difficult to put into the words how greatful and so thankful we are to all you.
After 14 years of trying naturally its still so hard to believe, ye made this happen for us on our first try with just one embryo, on the 3rd of September we had our transfer 2 weeks later we had our positive pregnancy test followed by our first scan in October.
To get to this point is a dream.
To all the nurses, midwives, doctors, embryologists, lab team thank you.
You have all been amazing in looking after us.
Ye are an incredible team to of had behind us from the beginning. Each appointment was like meeting with family.
Dr. John from the beginning was an absolute gentleman and i can see why he leads the team.
Dr. Nosheen also from Egg retrieval to Egg Transfer we were very lucky to of had her for both.
From the bottom of our hearts thank you to all the team every single one of you and as i said no words will truly express what each one of you has done for us.
We started our journey the end of May last year with our first consultation. An less than a year later on 16th of May this year we welcomed our beautiful healthy baby girl weighing 8.5 pounds.
We highly recommend therapie fertility we would of never of got to where we are today only for ye.
The patient portal is so helpful every message and query was answered so quickly. We are so thankful we chose therapie to help us with our journey xx

We went to the Dundalk clinic with knowing the bare minimum about IVF, let alone which path to take. After speaking to Amy our minds were put at ease and we knew exactly which path to go down but knew it just wasn’t the right time there and then. Amy made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and made sure all questions were answered, When then made the decision to go back to therapie and begin the process in December and from the moment we rang to book in our first test to now we were listened too and never put under any pressure, we also were very lucky that they always fit us in around work and made our appointments possible. From the bottom of our hearts to Amy and the Team in Carrickmines we would be lost without yous all, to all the nurses and midwives and both Doctors who check up to make sure your okay. We came to Therapie Dundalk in January 2025 and met with Amy for our initial consultation. Today we had our 8 week pregnancy scan and we are over to moon and can't wait to meet our baby.
I cannot emphasise enough the effect Amy has had on our journey. She is professional and courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Amy spoke in terms we understood as we navigated our way through our fertility journey. She handles difficult conversations with ease and confidence and instilled that ease and confidence in us that we were in good hands. She was a very important part of our experience. To the rest of the team that we met in carrikmines, thank you, we could not fault any of it.The portal is fantastic and help is always on hand. We came to Therapie Fertility at the start of the year for our initial meeting, Emily in the Belfast clinic, she was nothing but amazing that it made us put our trust in Therapie for going through IVF, after getting the prescription meds we got great updates from the medical team keeping us on track especially through the portal, our scans with Emily were great she really helped us relax and put our minds at ease we can’t thank her enough. We had our initial consultation with Emily recently and she was so friendly and easy to talk to and made us feel so comfortable. I then had my assessment scan with Emily also and consultation with Dr Kennedy and I felt it was so easy to organise these appointments through the portal and felt that the whole process so far has just been so professional and I can't recommend Thérapie Clinic enough and we are looking forward to continuing this journey with them 😊

Hi all at Thérapie, im writing this from my hospital bed at silly o'clock in the morning having just fed my newborn baby girl!

Baby Iris made her way into the world at 39+4 weeks via elective c-section. It was the most amazing, peaceful experience. We chatted & laughed with the surgeon & nurses through it all.
I credit having gone through an egg collection & transfers etc for my positive outlook on it all. Having had such an amazing experience with both Dr Megat & Dr John in theatre, I feel I kind of knew what to expect and that it would all be ok in the end.

She is everything and more. Looking at her knowing what she (and us) went through to this moment just makes it all so special.
Thank you all for the gift of our baby girl.
We don't have the words to describe how grateful we are to you all, and can't wait for you all to meet her 💗
