Please do not order from these guys. Ordered 2XL and it was a medium. Took nearly a month to arrive and won’t answer emails. Shocking

Buyer beware. This company do not respond to emails or messages. Return address on parcel is a refrigeration unit in Slough. Would never ever purchase again as I am now the owner of shirts that do not fit. Absolute shambles of a company.

Ordered from these guys over 3 times now and they are great. Always seem to have great prices which you don’t usually get with football kits. The kits are perfect replicas and are great quality. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent service, made an order for 2 jerseys, I then received an email to say one was out of stock and whether I would like to change for another jersey. I did so and they were both delivered within 2 weeks. I will be ordering again when they have the other jersey I wish to purchase.

Eventually received top after about 3 weeks the quality was not good I would say it was fake but for £35 I expected that. My issue was partly my fault but also theirs as it asked for the name and I wrote my first name and surname so when the top arrived it had my surname on the back. I checked my invoice and it did ask for name but at no point did it ask for personalisation on the top and to check the spelling as this can’t be changed as other company’s request this.
This was a gift for my grandson whose surname is different so the top is no good to anyone.
I tried to explain this to them but they are saying this is all my fault even although I have tried to explain that yes I did put my full name in the box surely they could have emailed me first and queried it before personalising it.
I just would like nobody else to make this genuine mistake and be left with a top that can’t be worn.
I would not recommend this company.

I ordered 9 shirts 2 months ago and I haven’t received anything and I’m not getting any responses to my emails. Do not order here!!!

Die Lieferzeit bei normalem Versand ist +- einen Monat, allerdings kommen die Trikots in bester Qualität inkl. Patchs, Nummern etc... für den Preis von 40 CHF pro Shirt (ansonsten in dieser Qualität wohl ü. 150 CHF) absolut top. Dazu eine riesen Auswahl an Trikots (welche man ansonsten nirgends mehr erhält) für Fussballfanatiker mit ein wenig Gedulg absolut empfehlenswert.

Bought 4 kits, all were right size and good quality. Would recommend for anyone who likes retro/olden kits like me.

I got a PSG kit from here and the kit came in top quality and I am definitely ordering from here again very soon.

Takes about a month to arrive, awful customer service from the “company” as they are not the most responsive “company” as other reviews say the same thing. Website allegedly didn’t recognize my request for lettering and a number on my kit. Kit made its way to me eventually somehow and was decent, stitched on the sponsorship had a string coming out of it and as said in other reviews, unprofessional emails. DO NOT RECCOMEND THE “COMPANY” AT ALL FIND ALTERNATIVES

We ordered 2 items from this company and over 3 weeks later we never received the items. It took a full 2 weeks from payment for the order to even be despated and now 10 days after despatch in which I was given a royal mail tracking code, the item has not even been received by royal mail. This company are happy to take yout money but not so happy to give you the product. Terrible service and when I emailed to ask for reasons why it was taking so long, and some sort ot reasoning for all this, I simply get a response saying, you will get your order next week. I would never use this company again and would class them as untrustworthy.

If you’re after something to make you stand out from the crowd, but still represent your club or just a really different fashion item, you simply MUST buy from these guys.

Great jerseys, super high quality and insane attention to detail. Took 3 weeks to arrive but when they did they were exactly what I hoped for with correct sizing, correct customisation and overall a great experience. Will order again.

Not very good I'm afraid...I ordered the classic red 1966 England top in June (before the Euros24). The wrong shirt turned up in July, and the wrong one again 2 weeks later (exactly the same wrong shirt). Since then, after numerous messages, emails, I still haven't received a reply, an apology, my money back, or more importantly, my shirt! I tried another email in October but I suspect I won't get a reply. DO NOT USE THESE COMPANY.

Website policy clearly states it is possible to exchange items, however when my order arrived too small for the size and I asked customer service to exchange for a larger size they said 'We can't do that' and then did not respond to further emails. I still have the shirt and proof of purchase. The emails they did respond too were spelt incorrectly and unprofessional. This really seems like a scam. 

I ordered an England Shirt for my partner from the Retro Kit .com on the 23rd June. My partner is usually a size Small / Medium and I ordered Medium. 3 weeks later it arrived in size Medium but was way too small for a normal Medium or even a size Small so he was unable to wear it. 
On the website, it states 'THE FASTEST WAY TO ENSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU HAVE, AND ONCE THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED, MAKE A SEPARATE PURCHASE FOR THE NEW ITEM'. 
I emailed customer service on 17th July to arrange a return so I can purchase a Large shirt instead however they said "Please recheck your confirmation email. Unfortunately, there wasn't a customisation in your order" which did not make any sense. I followed up to say "I don’t want money back, I just want to exchange it" and they replied saying "No, sorry. We can't do that." I replied and shared the return policy on their website but they would not respond. I have chased this up multiple times and asked to submit a complaint but they do not respond to my emails. 

The England shirt was £38.99, poor quality and too small for a Medium. This seems like a scam. Recommend avoiding this website.

The customer service was awful had to wait 1 month for them to send it back then had to wait another month even though after they sent it back I ask for my money back they then they ghosted me. Don’t buy from here I feel like I’ve been scammed. Just got my package and they gave the wrong size and overall looks like sh#tdon’t buy here!!!

So disappointed with Retrokit’s products and service. Despite ordering a personalised strip, this wasn’t what I received. There seems to be an issue with the ordering system as I see other customers also placed orders for personalised kit which they didn’t receive. Check your order confirmation emails as they don’t appear to show personalisation request . Took weeks to arrive for it to be wrong, I emailed to advise that my order was wrong but they don’t accept any responsibility. Waste of time and money.
