NEVER BUY FROM THE RETRO KITS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM. I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER 2 MONTHS AGO. TOOK MY MONEY BUT GAVE ME NO PRODUCT. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

Placed an order on the 1st of December, and had no shipping confirmation or replies to emails about this issue. Finally got the confirmation a few days ago and arrived today, just in time for Christmas. Really poor customer service and extremely unprofessional, just thankful that the quality is good and the kits are here.

I ordered from these guys this time last year, and was happy with the service and support I got, so I'm really disappointed from this experience and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Products are of excellent quality and true to size - however took well over a month to arrive and took an unnecessary amount of time to post.

Great products for a great price let down by shipping time.

Shocking service, do not order from this company!, took 4 weeks to come and responses during this time were awful.

i ordered my jersey November 30th and it still hasn’t come. they won’t give me any tracking info or respond to my emails

Steer clear of these muppets , ordered 4 shirts 4th dec , no shipping info after 14 days , they replied i would recieve shipping shortly ,, but no , only an email asking for paypal verification . Jokers

Do not buy from these guys. I bought a jersey from this company over 3 weeks ago and I have not recieved any information regarding my order nor if it has been processed/shipped. They took my money from my bank account and have ignored my emails.I expect my money back or my jersey.

Absolute con, ordered two kits for a Christmas present for my lad, no correspondence and money taken…will take it up with the bank, they are con artists…the positive reviews are an absolute crock of sh!te too. AVOID

Placed order on 2nd December, received confirmation email with order number so thought all was good. Weeks later I still haven't heard anything so contacted them via their websites contact us, still hadn't had a reply back so contacted them a second time. Soon as had sent the second message I got a confirmation email saying order was completed and provided tracking info, but for a few days it was saying Pre Transit. Eventually emails came through informing the current status and arrived on 23rd December. The shirt looks really good, just hope the recipient approves too.

Ordered three shirts late November. They sent two USPS tracking IDs, one on December 7th and one on December 14th. When I track either of those, USPS's website says they are still awaiting the packages. I did not think there would be any issue for these shirts to arrive by Christmas but now have no clue when they will be arriving. Retrokit has not replied to emails, messages on social media, or by filling out the 'contact us' form on their website.

Placed an order on 24 November. Money taken immediately.
Received tracking information on 29 November saying Royal Mail are awaiting the order. 3 weeks in and that tracking status hasn't changed.
I've had on email reply saying it's been shipped and I'll get in next week. Frankly, I don't believe them.
Nor do I believe the positive reviews on here.
I'm awaiting a refund request, failing that I'll be requesting a refund from the credit card company.
I really wouldn't order from this website if I were you!

Ordered on 9th Dec. A con. No order received and no response from customer service. Should have read the reviews.

*update* following above negative review and multiple emails customer services sent me an alleged tracking number. This also appears to be fake as Royal Mail have not received anything from the company

Contacted royal mail they haven't received parcel and are awaiting.

Received response from retro kits on Saturday 21st December after myself making contact and given a different shipping number and this information shows the shirt is not even in the country. It will not be here for Christmas.

Would have appreciated this information when they sent the royal mail tracking details as would have had time to buy another gift.
Have now emailed for a refund after seeking advice.

Ordered a kit for my son in November 2024 for Xmas with funds taken from my account the very same day. Never received any email confirmation so I reached out to follow up. It’s now a handful of days before Xmas and I have no idea what’s happening. I’ve since sent another request in the hope I’ll get the kit of a refund. DO NOT USE

We placed an order on 27 November. Never had any confirmation and the money was deducted from our bank account despite emailing several times over several days. We haven’t had a single reply or any confirmation of the order and obviously not received anything.

I have received my order and it’s been 18 days

The service was great. I ordered a shirt on November 21 and arrived today, December 11. The price for the shirt was unreal as the shirts are iconic and most of them are very expensive.

The shirt looks fully authentic. It might not be but to be honest, I just don't care as this shirt reminds me of my early child hood.

I would strongly recommend this website to others.

Great quality kits for great price. I've always received what I've ordered. It might take around a month to arrive in northern Europe, but the kits are worth the wait.

This time I ordered AS Roma kit and actually received a different one that I ordered. With in a day they agreed to send me the correct kit (for free) and let me even keep the wrong one. Top quality customer service and communication through out the process. If you looking to buy retro football kits, this is definitely the page to do so.
