Customer service were very understanding about an issue with my order (my fault, not theirs), and provided a solution that was more than reasonable. Very impressed.

Was a bit nervous ordering at first but I’m so glad I did. The shirt I got looks amazing, feels high quality and fits perfectly. You can tell it’s made with attention to detail, not rushed.

Customer service was brilliant. I messed up my address and they helped me fix it right away, no stress at all. The whole thing just felt easy and honest.

I don’t usually write reviews but these guys honestly deserve it.
I ordered a retro AC Milan shirt and it’s unreal, proper quality, the fabric feels like the real deal, not that cheap replica stuff. Even the badge and sponsor print are spot on.

I had a question about the size before ordering and they replied super fast, really friendly too. The delivery came earlier than I expected, nicely packed. You can tell they actually care about what they’re doing. Definitely ordering again soon.

Absolute scam. Took my order and then contacted me to say it was out of stock and ask which replacement I wanted. Told them I didn't want a replacement, I'll have a refund and they went silent until I put in a paypal dispute. Suddenly they contacted me to tell me that they can't refund me until I close the dispute (anyone that uses paypal knows that once you close a dispute you can't reopen it). After sharing repeated emails refusing to refund me unless I closed the dispute, paypal found in my favour.

The company promised me a shirt in the right size, after sending a wrong one. I never recieved this and there was never a response when i contacted them repeatedly. Very dissapointing because i like their shirts.

Ordered on 25th September had an email 3 days later saying order complete and has been dispatched. Tracking number for royal mail says they haven't even received the item from the merchant.
Have emailed them twice and had no response.
Avoid this company!

Hello I am very pleased with the service I received from Retro kits. I placed an order for a Nike China 2018 shirt with my name printed on it. I placed my order on Monday 22nd of September and by Thursday 2nd October I received it. I read a lot of terrible reviews regarding lack of communication and a long delivery waiting time but that was not what I experienced. I thought it was a superb service, a fantastic shirt and brilliant communication and Customer service. I will definitely be ordering from Retro Kits again as I like to collect Football shirts from all the different countries that I visit. Thanks again I am super pleased with my shirt. I was nervous at first, but I shouldn't have been. Placing an order was straightforward and when I contacted customer support to let them know it was a birthday present for my nephew, they were quick to reassure me that the shirt would arrive on time.

Ordered from this company and haven’t recieved my order I have contacted them on a number of platforms with no response called Royal Mail who have informed me the seller has paid for the postage but not sent anything do not buy from this company having to raise with fraud team now

Ordered 3 jerseys on 6th of August 2025 and have still yet to receive any info on where or when they will be shipped. It is now the 25th of August. I’ve sent 4 emails just wondering what the situation was and haven’t got one reply yet. Starting to think this is all a scam

High quality football shirts for a fraction of the usual price not to mention the great selection, it’s my number one place to buy retro kits and isn’t my first or last time buying from them. I was really surprised by the attention to detail for example I bought the 2006 Barca shirt and I expected the exterior to look good but even the interior was perfect too with the total 90 branding etc. Shipping takes a long time(4+ weeks for me both times) but worth the wait for the price and quality. I would recommend ordering a size up though I find the sizing to be slightly off and like others said about stock issues but they were happy to offer me an alternative kit which was fine with me.

The delivery surely takes some time but its worth the wait. It took about 4 weeks. But the good thing was that they were always there to let me know about the updates and replied to me every time i asked about it. I love the shirt and its something i was trying to find for a long time. Thank you! ❤️
