The delivery was rather long (3-4 weeks) but in the end worth it! The shirt we bought was of good quality and worth the price. The support team could be easily reached and was pretty active, quickly answering questions and giving insight on the delivery process of the package!

Avoid! Went to cancel my order and get refunded, no answer at all for a week and i’m still waiting

I ordered the Celtic 91-93 away shirt and it came within two weeks. However when I opened the shirt the sponsor on the front was sitting noticeably squint on the front of the shirt, and the club badge and sponsor were in the wrong places. I emailed The Retro Kits and they were happy to send me out a new one eventually. This took about 3-4 weeks from me notifying them of the fault. The new kit arrived and the sponsor was sitting a lot straighter on the front of the shirt, however the club badge and the sponsor are now sitting closer to the shoulder than where they are shown on the website. Overall good service to replace the shirt from the company, but a little disappointed in the shirts if I’m honest.

Bought many tops in the past, all brilliant, bought 4 recently and one had an mis print on the back of the shirt and without any hesitation they immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. 10/10 brand

Has not came. Ordered a Real Madrid 2007/08 shirt with the name Raul and the number 7 on July 9th. Extremely slow delivery. Hasn’t even been shipped. Doesn’t help that after I ordered, I’ve been getting 10x more spam mail than normal. Only reason I gave another star is that I asked them something and they responded right away.

EDIT: After I wrote this, the 29th of July the kit arrived. EXTREMELY Good quality. I’m thankful.

They responded quickly to every question I had. The shirts are of good quality and fit me perfectly.

The shirt arrived in perfect condition, exactly as I requested, let's say there were some problems with the timing (it arrived about 4 weeks late) and the tracking of the package, apart from that the rest was perfect.

- Their inventory system doesn't work properly, so you can easily order shirts they don't actually have in stock
- The quality of some (though few) shirts is subpar

Ordered a shirt from 2014 season for my grandson along with name, number and C L badge on arrived in about 2 weeks for his birthday, the quality is good and he thinks it's brilliant. I ordered 2 by mistake but contacted them to cancel 1 and they replied next day with confirmation that they had amended my order

The shirt i received is poor quality and the sizing is not right. I have contacted them numerous times to return the item and no one is getting back to me. Spent £38.99 for a top that can not be worn. Awful company.

Ordered 2xl shirt came and marked as 2xl but wouldn’t fit a child ,so yes it’s a scam,don’t know if I can get money back.
