Shipped within 2 weeks, good quality for all the shirts, but the sizing is a bit off, should order a size bigger than usual to have a good fit. Good customer service too.

Ordered product for Sons birthday and it was too small
Completed the online contact form as has my spouse, over a week ago and NOTHING aside of a Submission confirmation email
Follow up emails sent and nothing
No phone number to contact them
Feel like we’ve been scammed out of £50
There are many other “kit” retailers out there and would encourage you to take your money to them and avoids RetroKits

Fake shirt and also poor shipping. The item is completely different to the one ordered on the website.

Really poor quality, colour is off, stitching is all frayed and very small made . Really disappointing.

The quality of the shirts is amazing. Everyone of them fits perfectly and looks spot on. The delivery time is something they could work on and also on tracking your order. But as soon as you need help, customer service will do everything to make you happy.

I have ordered from TheRetroKit several times, and I’ve always gotten what I ordered. The last time I ordered, I got print from the wrong season, which of course was unfortunate. So I wrote Them an e-mail with pictures of the shirt Yesterday, and now a day later, I have received an e-mail and tracking nummer for a new shirt with the correct print. Mistakes happen, but great customer service can make up for it. I will definitely order from TheRetroKit again.

Fantastic quality great service. Ordered four shirts timeline was 3 weeks came just short of 3 weeks. Wasn't much in the way of updates when tracking the order but can't fault the products. Will definitely be buying again would definitely recommend to anybody looking for an affordable piece of football history

The quality of the jerseys is near to the originals, I’m really impressed by that.
Unfortunately they misspelled one of my orders and forgot the blank space, so I now have a jersey with ZÉROBERTO instead of ZÉ ROBERTO. But it’s not that big of a deal, I’m really happy with the jerseys I ordered.

I ordered two large shirts even though I normally wear medium size shirts but felt like I was wearing a size small very tight fitting feel and they feel like they were made out of very cheap fabric especially for the price of them.

My friend and I ordered two kits over two months ago, and we still haven’t received anything. We’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling, but we’ve had no response whatsoever.

This lack of communication and failure to deliver is extremely disappointing. We expect a clear update immediately

(225072) - Ordered an 02/04 Arsenal away shirt on the 20th May and have received nothing since the order confirmation. I contacted TheRetroKit via instagram due to having not had any correspondence via email, and they advised me I would have a tracking number by Wednesday (yesterday)... Wednesday came and no email. I contacted them again via instagram that afternoon asking for an update and have been ignored since. No idea what is wrong with the communication from this company but it let's them down SO much.

Having a long ETA for delivery isn't necessarily the worst thing for a company, most customers understand sourcing and dispatching times from other countries, however at least keep the people paying their hard earned money for your products informed, instead of causing them to worry they have been scammed.

Awful company - don’t order from them. The time it takes for delivery is ridiculous, and way over what is advertised. The first time I contacted for an update, they said they would get back to me. I heard nothing. About 4 weeks had passed with no sign of the shirt, I had to contact them to try and find it. They ignored multiple emails, to the point I believed I had been scammed. I requested a refund which they ignored, and when they eventually sent a reply, they just told me the shirt would arrive soon. It didn’t. Then the driver proceeded to claim they couldn’t access the property which is pretty much impossible where I live. Another lie. Eventually it turned up and in fairness to them, it’s a nice shirt. However the stress I experienced due to thinking I’d been scammed, and how long it took makes it a huge no go for me.

This company are excellent at communicating with customers via email. I made an error in order, I emailed and they made the changes. The quality is great. I was unfortunate to have had my order ceased by revenue. I emailed the company with proof and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. Genuine lovely company ✨️

Great quality shirts.
But sizes need to be bigger!
XXL size feels more like a Large.
Shirts from Asia are always too small.

I ordered the Arsenal 05/06 away kit and they sent me the wrong kit. They then said they would fix this by sending the correct kit, but what I’ve received is not the correct kit as the detailing that is supposed to be black around the neck is blue instead. The quality of the kit is also not good either.

Ordered before from them takes time to come but quality is really good this time I ordered a shirt waited for it but came in too big I text them and they were very kind to answer back to me and send me another shirt back I will be ordering from here again and many thanks to the man who helped me out
