Great quality when it comes to the jersey. Great customer service and support.
Delivery was a bit delayed but I understand as I made the purchase before the festive season started. I'd recommend it to anyone for sure

Order placed on 16th of December and after that no shipping no nothing.Maybe the quality is good judging from past reviews but I believe they just take the money and do not process any order until you file a dispute for refund.Website is well structured.
Update 8/01/2025 : Still no shipping of the order and no feedback after trying to contact several times through email.
Update 17/02/2025: Received order of two shirts and in tact, the quality is sublime
Already placed another order and despite their national holiday the order was processed in two weeks time which is ok.
The site is trustworthy however I believe they need a lot of improvement in their customer support communication.If they fix this their reviews will be way better! I will definitely order again if the third shirt is going to be of same quality with previous two!

No communication from the seller for two weeks after purchase - the kits only got dispatched once I raised a dispute via Paypal. Once the dispute was raised the kits arrived very quickly - just a couple of days before Christmas! The kits were great once they did arrive but I would not use this company again.

Appalling! Sent me the completely wrong item. Made it sound like my fault when I contacted them. Promised me a free shirt as a sorry. Never received of course. Not only that, they never bothered to send me the correct item. But they wanted the incorrect item back and promised to pay me for the shipping return. Another guess what… sent them the receipt for the shipment. No refund on it. Got my refund for the item itself, but my pleas to them to send me the item I actually ordered instead of giving me a refund were completely ignored. And they asked for a tracked return. I should have kept the wrong item sent to me and sold it. Down on my money and fuming.

I haven't received order updates or responses requesting an update. I ordered a jersey December 4th 2024and still haven't received anything - today is Dec 30th, 2024! This website is not legit. They stole $44 from me.

Ordered 2 shirts initially. It was buy 2, get the third free, so I chose another shirt I wasn't especially interested in at their price, to make it up to three.
I knew about their shipping delays, but I chased them up after 10 days. They replied to say two shirts were out of stock. Obviously it was the two I really wanted! I told them I did not have any alternatives and now did not want the third shirt on it's own and asked for a full refund. I received a refund of £34.99. The total price paid was £77.97 (2 x £34.99 plus £7.99 vat).
I queried this but got no reply. The next I heard was an email saying my order was on it's way, showing all three shirts.
Eventually a package arrived, containing just that third shirt I no longer wanted. Which has now cost me almost £43 for a £34.99 shirt.
What a waste of time and money. I'm trying to be generous and blame it on a language barrier. But they seem to do enough UK trade, this shouldn't be an issue for them. Won't be using them again.

The quality of the football shirts are really good and sizing is perfect too. My son is 12 and I got him a small mens. As this was my first order I didn't know what to expect. 5 stars for the shirts
I did panic a bit as delivery did take a long time for my liking, but I know to order earlier next time so this is why I put 3 stars.

Brilliant Quality of the Shirts! I bought the 2010/11 Bayern Kit and the Quality is out of this World. I‘ve purchased other Shirts from different kind of shops and they sometimes felt like i was wearing a plastic bag. The Kits from TheRetroKit feel extremely well. Will defiently buy again and I DEFINETLY DO recommend buying!

Ordered the retro AC Milan shirt, excellent quality, delivered in time for Christmas. Will be ordering from them again.

Did take a while to get the shirts took 2 - 4 weeks started to think I got scammed but they came and they were GREAT quality very surprised with how good they are to be honest great gifts for Christmas I would recommend them if you can afford the waiting time
