Great product and fab customer service (even called up after deliver to check all was ok). Realistically we'll be back for every order as they're so much cheaper than the alternatives right now. I went to Jewsons, Buildbase and Travis and not one of them could get close to Thermabuild's pricing!

Best price I could find for the insulation I needed. Originally they called to say they couldn't deliver before the following Tuesday but the guy I spoke to (sorry I can't remember your name) was amazingly helpful, when I said I needed it this week he checked other depots and pulled out the stops to get it delivered on Thursday. Extremely helpful and communicative, great service. Even made a follow up call to make sure I was happy. Refreshing service, would highly recommend.

Recommend without hesitation
The online board price was competitive and transparent - no hidden costs. The customer service and delivery performance from Val Reid was superb, especially after he knew my tight timeframe. I would recommend without hesitation.
