Ordered a dried flower wreath from Roots and Blooms for my living room, and it arrived perfectly packaged with vibrant eucalyptus and pampas grass just like the photo. Delivery was next-day to DC, and it's held up beautifully after two months—no wilting!

I've received a improvised flower…
I've received a improvised flower arrangement instead of item that was shown on their web photo. I was told it's due to lack of flower inventory and therefore they'll send a replacement. So they sent a cheesy small bouquet of flowers that were still missing 5 roses.
I opted Roots and Blooms due to my daughter relocating to DC. I've not experienced this kind of situation prior with other florist. Very disappointed as a first time customer with Roots and Blooms.
