The flowers arrangement were gorgeous and delivered timely. The photo taken eas really helpful. Most times you dont get to see the flowers you purchased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've received a improvised flower…
I've received a improvised flower arrangement instead of item that was shown on their web photo. I was told it's due to lack of flower inventory and therefore they'll send a replacement. So they sent a cheesy small bouquet of flowers that were still missing 5 roses.
I opted Roots and Blooms due to my daughter relocating to DC. I've not experienced this kind of situation prior with other florist. Very disappointed as a first time customer with Roots and Blooms.

Beautiful and prompt
Sent a beautiful hand-tied bouquet to someone not feeling well. It was delivered the next day, and she loved it. This isn't my first experience with Roots and Blooms, as I first used them in 2020. I'm happy to see nothing has changed over 5 years!

Roots and Blooms went above and beyond for my recent delivery. Unfortunately, my friend had already left work when they tried to deliver the bouquet so they dropped it at her house instead. And the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend!

The flowers are gorgeous. I’ve ordered from this shop twice and it’s my go-to flower shop in DC because the arrangements are beautiful and the prices are fair!

Flowers came late!!! 😢
This florist delivered my bouquet a day late. I was never told about this and even though they had my email and my phone number, they did not notify me. Their explanation was that the driver mis-delivered it, which I understand can happen, but I was surprised that I was never notified of this. Most bouquets are sent because of an "event", and so if a bouquet is delivered a day after a birthday, or a day after a christening, or a day after a graduation, it really doesn't feel the same--it's like the sender forgot and then tried to "mea culpa" the next day. Doesn't hit the same when the flowers arrive the next day. Not good. AND even after they delivered it a day late, they never told me--I had to communicate with them and ask why it was not delivered as ordered. Bad form. I would be very wary of this place if you want a reliable florist in DC. There are tons in the City. Best to go with a place that has better reliability IMO.
