The Rugs Warehouse Avis

We ordered a custom made rug from The Rugs Warehouse and had excellent service right from the initial query through to the delivery of our lovely rug. Excellent, helpful, speedy and friendly communications throughout and a wonderful product. They even sent us a ready made rug so that we could check the colours were right for our room. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Their customer service is brilliant. When we were unable to contact the courier, the Rugs Warehouse stepped in and helped us all along the way. Refreshing to find this level of support these days! We have already recommended them to a friend and will use them again if we need any more floor coverings.
