The Rustic Table Company Avis 

Product is really good but as per previous correspondent don't expect good after sales service. Fault in legs with wood knots showing through paint (after 8 months). They said "It has never happened before" and offered to send out some paint. My reaction was that ..'you want me to resolve your quality issue'. However I agreed to the paint offer, which arrived in poor packaging and leaking on to me and on to our table. They said again "It has never happened before". There was no mention by Rustic Table Company of ensuring the paint was removed from our table and how to do it, so in order to resolve I offered to buy the paint myself if they refunded the cost and the mileage to get to the shop. They agreed. As at today, 19/8/24 (8 days later) I have not received the money they promised and they said they would make sure it was paid today. It hasn't been. Don't expect good customer service although the lady I was dealing with tried her best but it's not good from a customer perspective.

I am so very very pleased with my new table and bench. I had been looking for quite a while. Being cautious I went all the way to Lydd where the workshop is. Gemma could not have been more helpful. I got a 10ft table & matching bench. Thicker legs & skirt. Fantastic quality and a brilliant price. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fab company for quality of tables and customer service

I ordered both a Farmhouse Table and a custom-sized Bootroom Bench which they were able to do for me. They are beautifully made, I went for rounded corners which I'm glad I did as the corner angles have been slightly smoothed so no sharp edges. The delivery arrived on time and they kept me up to date and assembled quickly and carefully. There is information online on how to maintain the wood and touch-up pots in case of any knocks which is ideal. Beautiful additions to my home!
