Love my watch straps
Love my watch straps. Everything about the purchase was easy, fast and efficient. Very impressed with the tool provided at no extra cost to remove bracelet links if required and information on how to remove the links.
The Salty Fox delivered with style and I will definitely shop with them again.

Tarnished Earings
I ordered some earrings which tarnished only after two weeks, despite sending multiple photos and videos showing this, they claimed I needed to send more photos and move videos ( trying to avoid a refund I’m guessing ) would not purchase, earrings have gone in the bin. Waste of $$

As outlined we do offer a 12 month warranty on all orders. As part of this process we do require either images or a video to confirm the product fault.

I have been wearing my Apple watch every day since I bought the new watch strap, I love it. The magnetic strap makes it so easy to put on. Seamless order and quick delivery and I appreciated the message from Hangatu.

I don’t even think they deserve one star. I purchased a chunky gold band which started peeling within two days and git scratches on it with the slightest touch. Within weeks half of the gold had gone and the band left a dark grey mark around my wrist every time I wore it. I don’t do anything that causes it to be hit nor dies it get tough treatment. I’ve had several other bands from Bandify and have never had an issue. It’s worse quality than Temu and tens times more expensive! I will never buy from them again. A friend also purchased a band which broke within a month. Such crap quality. I wish I could add photos to show how bad it is!!
