It's a great product. Reasonably priced.

Did exactly what I wanted it to do, restoring leather work / colour on my sofa. Had to mix cream with beige to get the right colour match. Initially bought two small bottles as a tester and have now bought two larger bottles to complete the job.

Haven’t used yet hopefully will be a good product

Leather chair was looking a bit worse for wear, after treatment looks brilliant, highly recommend

Fast delivery..slight leak in one of product bottles but sorted immediately. Yet to use product but all looks in order.

The goods arrived quickly only two days after ordering. however, the lid on the tub of restoring cream was broken, causing the cream inside to leak over the two cloths and part of the box. The two other items in the box were a bottle of leather cleaning liquid and a bottle of leather conditioner (these were undamaged ).
As the tub lid was broken there was no way to reseal it. If there had been packing material inside the box the tub would not have rolled around in transit and therefore not been damaged. I contacted the Scratch doctor with photographs and they are sending a replacement. So hopefully this will arrive intact.
Matter will be resolved when replacement received, however could have been avoided with more care packing the goods in the first lace.

Well, I found this company (Scratch Doctor ), to be worth writing home about:
A car upholstery person quoted £300 for uplifting the leather seats in my car and erase those tear and wear by way of Recolouring.
I discovered Scratch Doctor (online), and made purchases, but, later sought advice from their customer service;
Having seen the pictures of my car seats, they advice not to do a Recolouring, and, that all I needed was a Leather Cleaner and Conditioner, which would only cost me, one third of the amount spent.
I sent those items back and as I speak, it has been refunded fully.
That, is what I call, honest dealings.

Product was dispatched in a timely manner and arrived soon.

Process is time consuming, but works well if applied with patience.

Instructions are a little confusing and could be better written, using a numbered sequence throughout, with exceptions hughlighted for optional stages.

So far the all in one is looking good, it does take a fair amount of coats I’m on coat 6 and it finally looks good enough but another coat should be better

Followed all instructions but did not work on my cracked boots 😔
