Shoe Shack were very efficient and reliable when I had to return the shoes I had ordered, which were too big. After an exchange of messages, and confirmation they had received the returned shoes, they very quickly sent me the requested replacement size which are just perfect.

Zedzzz extra wide shoes
Brilliant product, my dad suffers with oedema and has very swollen feet, has struggled to get shoes/slippers to fit but as the backs come off these were perfect

I ordered myself slippers which arrived on time. Unfortunately they were too big so I returned them using the pre paid label. The money was paid back into my account within a few days. Very good site with plenty of selection, just unfortunate I had a problem with the size.

Slight quality issue
Some of the stitching had come undone on the slippers on arrival. I repaired it to save waste and postage. Otherwise all fine.
