Not happy with promised delivery
I paid to have slippers delivered on Monday, so I could take them into hospital on Tuesday, but they didn’t arrive in time.
I’ll return them unopened.
This has all cost me money so am not happy.

We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed. Your order was placed late on Friday 15th and delivered on Wednesday 20th, which was within the 1-2 working day Premium Delivery timeframe (Monday and Tuesday being the working days).
We completely understand that this didn't meet your needs in time for hospital and regret the inconvenience caused.
A prepaid return label has been provided so you can return the slippers for a full refund, (including the extra paid for Premium Delivery), so this will ultimately cost you nothing.

Can't fault the service
Can't fault the service, both in buying and returning they were more than helpful.
The problem was with the slippers that came which smelt strongly of artificial perfume to which I'm allergic and therefore had to return.

My order was dealt with immediately and I received the parcel earlier than I anticipated. The cost of the delivery was exceptional - saved petrol costs but will visit in future. I ordered these particular trainers because I had purchased them for my husband previously from another supplier and knew they were a good fit and so comfortable. I might add that on a visit to a podiatrist she wished to know what the brand was as they were ideal footwear for my husband's foot problems.
