Not good…
I tried some wax melts as I saw good reviews for other items , I am extremely disappointed , didn’t smell like the scents I ordered and most of them after approx 1 hour smelt burnt,
Not a happy customer at all.
I think these are possibly the worst melts I have purchased,

Hi, Thank you for your review. Please do email us and we can look into this for you. This is the only review which is disappointed for our wax melts and we have never had any complaints of wax melts being 'burnt'. Each scent is different and we can only suggest the scents picked were mild fragrance scents.

Organised and have contacted me again despite not buying ( and not getting!) for months.

The items have not arrived
The items have not arrived. It's saying in transit after not being able to deliver.. even though I was in. I have already emailed but had no reply . I suspect the delivery company is to blame . But still I have paid for goods that have not arrived after nearly a month from the uk

I'm so happy I came across this…
I'm so happy I came across this Company.
I received my parcel very quickly and it was like christmas opening the box. The parcel was beautifully packed and looked very chic. The melts spell amazing when melted and last a long time.
I will definitely be ordering again.
You have to try this place if you are into your melts. Thanks The Soap Gal x
