Emailed as paid for citronella along with clamshell didn’t receive the clam shell paid extra

Emailed them a week ago about heard anything
Terrible company wouldn’t order again

I love scented Aromas products
I love how it's run between mother & daughter it amazing.
All hand made and beautifull scented and quality for money .
Body products make the body feel smooth and smelling lovely.
Wax melts are beautiful scents

Ordered goods 22/Jan, goods been with Evri since 25Jan it is now 13/Feb supplier says there is nothing that can do will never order from them again.

Ordered 2 soap filled sponges with citronella to deter the mosquitos in the maldives, didn't see any so presumed they worked. Lasted all holiday, smelt lovely. Really lots of soap in them, well worth the money, arrived quickly too. Would recommend.

Delivery was speedy but as some one who's used another dupe site no Ted aromas I'd say the other site is better quality and dupes closer to the originals I bought 8 from here only half smelled semi decent I would personally not be using this site again dupes are not even close try no Ted aromas 👍

Got alien sugar scrub with angel soap sponge this time. My partner loves the smell from the soap sponge, where as I'm loving the sugar scrub more 🙂

After not receiving my order, I messaged them and they resent again straight away. Pleased with the way they handled the situation

Brilliant product first time use but recommended to family and friends after using.

When I placed my order the website said delivery was via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked - however once my order had been despatched I was told it would be delivered by Yodel!
The item was ordered on 19/08 and was despatched the same day -it is now 27/08 and I have just contacted Yodel only to be told it ' should' arrive on Saturday 30/08. That's 11 days after it was despatched.
I have been trying to reach Scented Aromas by email, but they have not replied so far.
The item may now arrive to late - had I known Yodel would be delivering then I would never have placed the order.
Bad Customer service!

Was given the products as a gift. The smell of one of the products smells strongly of cleaning products which is weird in my opinion. One of the ones that smell nice didn't even last an hour. To be fair to the company I did ask the tiktok host multiple times what certain products smell like and she just said "check the description" but it didn't state it and then ignored me so feel she didn't have a clue tbh. Even others on the live tried to help me more then she did. For that reason I won't be returning but highly recommend bath bomb bliss as their customer service is beyond 5 stars and the smell is incredible!

I absolutely love Scented aromas, their products are so good and has a wide range of smells. Bath, toilet, sink, drains, mop cubes, gel wax melt, carpet freshener and so much more The staff are brilliant and really good customer service 🩷

Didn't like the sponges as one smelled of bleach and one smelled of chlorine. I get every one likes different smells but bleach is a bit much. Messaged in and was told they are ment to smell like that and no refund. (Like to add I never asked for a refund just made them aware of the smell).
Just to keep the company happy -
The savage sponge is used and is a lovely scent.
The purple rain sponge is UNUSED and still in its packaging UNOPENED.
The unicorn sparkle smells lovely dry. Once wet it smells of chlorine - i wouldn't of known until wet.
Again... never asked for a refund so not sure why they keep letting me know they cant refund used products. Ive not asked for one.

Amazing products and even better customer service! Would absolutely recommend, the bath bombs are cheaper and better than Lush.

- cute mini sponges - ideal travel size & will easily last 2+ weeks for hols - citronella 1 is a must for keeping pesky midgies away & smells just as gorgeous as other scents.

I tried some wax melts as I saw good reviews for other items , I am extremely disappointed , didn’t smell like the scents I ordered and most of them after approx 1 hour smelt burnt,
Not a happy customer at all.
I think these are possibly the worst melts I have purchased,
