No reply from them after numerous emails, phone calls and voicemails.
Initial service from them was good, now absolutely appalling, they take your money and then break contract. Don't use them,

Waiting 8 months for installation and no refund after request 4 months ago
Waiting 8 months for installation and still waiting. 4 dates given and all past. They did not even tell me that they were not coming. AVOID
Update, tried to get a refund a few months ago as it has been over 12 months wait. I was told to wait for Andy to be free a few times who never returned my calls. He then told me to write an email requesting a refund which I did. I have tried calling several times but cannot get hold of Andy.
Update, still waiting for my refund, requested one 3 months ago. Finally got a fully refund so changed rating.
