We had a stag do booked for may. Due to covid we wasn’t able to go. Our event got moved with no hassle at all, constant communication with naomi and all around a great service. Would highly recommend

We were going to Blackpool for my sisters hen party and with covid-19 this has had to be changed, all dates were changed, lots of communication, we changed our itinerary with no hassle and a phone call off Naomi to double check everything. 100% would recommend the stag and hen experience. Great service :)

Amazing company with super friendly and helpful staff. I have booked my sisters hen party in Brighton and they helped me organise, an exciting and fun packed weekend at a really affordable price.

Unfortunately this had to be delayed due to covid-19 but they called me on multiple times to keep me informed and reassured me that we would still be able to go. The staff I have spoken to have always been so friendly and helpful, no matter what my enquiry they were always willing to help.

We have now rebooked for next year and I can’t wait. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an incredibly helpful and stress free hen or stag do. Thank you guys so much.

With so much upset this year due to corona and having my sisters wedding moved until next year. I was so worried with having to move her hen do, I was worried I would lose the amazing deal I had booked for 14 of us and have to give my sister even more bad news. But the amazing staff put in all their efforts and rebooked everything for us in a years time without hesitation. I couldn’t have asked for more. I have been in contact with The Stag and Hen Experience for a few months now as the hen should have happened in August but due to Covid-19 this isn't going to happen.

Everyone has been really helpful and kept me informed of whats going on all the way through.

I had to made an amendment to the booking recently as Naomi was amazing. Managed to sort everything I asked for.

We have to wait to know a few details but I have no doubts that it will all be sorted out smoothly and quickly 😊

The stag and hen do experience have been absolutely fantastic my sisters hen do should of been may this year but due to the covid-19 everything has had to be move and it has been no hassle at all the team said leave it to them and they will sort everything out which they have I'm so glad I chose the stag and hen do experience I have no faults at all what an amazing helpful team thank you so much

An extremely helpful team over at the Stag and Hen Experience. During this pandemic - there have been a number of companies who have been a nightmare to communicate with however; Naomi and team have been the opposite.

Nothing is too much bother and they have been very forthcoming (proactively getting in contact with me rather than the other way around). They have shifted everything we had planned for this year to 2021. No extra costs/ fees which has been refreshing!

Would highly recommend them thus far and I have no doubt that when we (finally) go on the Stag do, it'll be brilliant.

We had a stag booked but with all the pandemic for obvious reasons we couldn’t go, but naomi from stag and hen company made it possible to credit our money and now has rebooked for next year. Services were outstanding highly recommend

Booked a Hen do through this company but wished I had chosen a different company.

We were initially booked to stay in a hotel which was a 15 minute drive from the city centre, not ideal for the Hen activities which were all in the centre! However after discussing this on the phone, this was rectified and we were able to move to a closer hotel (with an additional fee).

The ‘itinerary’ webpage was terrible and difficult to navigate. The activity descriptions had very little information on and so I had to call the company with a long list of questions. There was also important information missing about the start time on one of the activities, which when raised with the company they admitted it was missed.

All in all quite disappointed with the company and wouldn’t suggest using them.

Just returned from an amazing hen weekend in York arranged by Naomi. Nothing was too much trouble despite me ringing her repeatedly, changing plans, adding and removing hens and constantly asking questions. The wonderful team even rang around and triple confirmed all my reservations when I was stressing the day before just to reassure me. Every aspect worked like clockwork and we will definitely be booking again for our next event!

Brilliant weekend in Southampton for a hen do. Cannot recommend the company enough. Arranged a beautiful Italian meal, tailored the weekend with a variety of pubs and clubs and incorporated a beautiful spa day. The hotel was very well located with just a 5 minute walk to West Quay shopping Centre. We had so much fun from start to finish.

Lauren at the stag and hen experience was absolutely amazing. I have never received this level of customer service before. Nothing was too much trouble, she answered any questions and also reassured me when I got worried about things. My sister had the most incredible weekend in Dublin - every single activity was great, especially the stripper! Anyone planning a hen in Dublin with this company, make sure you book the ‘stripper dinner’. It exceeded all expectations!
Again thank you so much for the best hen do I could ever imagining planning as my sisters maid of honour.

Best customer service I have received I a long time. As we all know organising a stag or hen party takes a lot of time and effort. I could not rate this company higher on how the met our needs for our weekend. The events where first class and the accommodation was perfect. The company were always at the end of the line and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would 100% recommend anyone to use this company when given the chance to make your best friends trip.

Firstly I'd like to say I never write reviews but read them before purchasing most things.

The Stag And Hen Experience exceeded my expectations so I thought I had to thank them and show everyone else in my position as a best man or maid of honour that it will only be the group that stress you out and The Stag And Hen Experience make it as painless as possible. Anyway sorry I'm waffling now 😂

I booked a stag to Benidorm with these guys and to be honest everything from start to finish was pretty painless only the guys in the group made it more difficult for me.

Everything went so smoothly everyone was surprised.
Transfers on time both ways with air con and music, rooms were clean and great location and even booked the whole day on the Sunday so some of us could jam instead of carrying our bags around all day.

The 3 course meal with stripper was brilliant food wasn't great but for the price was perfect best stripper for the stag ever he loved it and the whole group also well worth the money definitely recommended.

We missed our bar crawl as we were drinking and enjoying elsewhere but Anne Marie our rep out there was understanding and was always on whatsapp updating me and any questions I had she was there,
so thank you to you Anne Marie.

I'd definitely recommend The Stag and Hen Experience to anyone they can't do enough for you and have a wide range of activities and locations UK and abroad.

I tried many other companies before these guys but the rest were very pushy to book and take my money right away and these guys were on a level and didn't mind all my stupid questions different quotes every week and just being awkward really but we got there in the end and I appreciate what they did.

Thank you to Sarah, Paddy, Steve and Ollie these are the guys I spoke to and dealt with throughout my booking but I'm sure the whole company have the standard these guys do.

So thanks again and I'd definitely throw in a pair of them dissappearing swimming trunks with every Stag 👍🏻

Went with Stag & Hen Experience for a Stag in Bournemouth because they were the cheapest quote I got from the different companies I asked.
Great customer service and easy way for all of the lads to pay (they just login to the website and pay individually).

Great day of Karting, Pool, Curry and Casino. Great fun throughout the day.

Me and my mates really had no idea what we wanted to do for our best mates stag do.

So I phoned up the stag and hen and gave them our budget.

They were really helpful and gave us some sweet options. We ended up in Prague and had a blast. Can't say anymore than that, wink wink.

Everyone I spoke to at the office was sound and really good at answering my questions.

I will be using them again.

The gang at Stag and Hen were stars! I was really pushed for time planning my friend's hen and they took all of the stress out of the equation. I had a vague idea of what we wanted to do and Steve was able to give us affordable options and he booked everything quickly for us.
