Very happy customer
I was having trouble as I was changing employer and didn’t know what was required of me, I would like to thank Sarah Munro, as she went above and beyond to explain everything to me and what was needed from me, if I was her manager I would see to it she gets a lovely pay rise, for her kind way of engaging with people, thanks Sarah

Very professional, very polite.
Very professional, I've just moved to Stirling and was abit worried. But after a good chat with Sarah munro she gave me 100% reassurance that everything I've dome is right. She made me feel comfortable about my wages being paid. And was there with answers to any questions I had. Thank you Sarah. Customer service at its best. X
