Laut der Homepage wird die Versanddauer innerhalb Europas mit 3 - 5 Tagen angegeben! Absoluter Schwachsinn - 5 bis 14 Tage sind es! Ich kann jedem nur abraten dort zu bestellen! Auch die
Retoure ist unglaublich aufwendig und zielt darauf ab, dass die Kunden dafür keinen Nerv haben und die Ware lieber behalten! FCK 0ff

Bad Quality and high Prices
first the quality was so low compared to the picture, i bought a leather faux jacket and the quality was ridiculously. when i searched for the same jacket in other site like joom and alibaba i found the exact same jacket with 25 euro and i bought from the street of seoul for 72 euro

got firstly a shirt with the two hands touching and it was SO BAD. it wasn't even close to the pictures, a small print on a small shirt. Then the grey wooly hoodie which again was not even close to the pictures. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE. Trying to get a refund now

The clothes are from China not Korea as…
The clothes are from China not Korea as the name suggests and they are really awful quality - feels like they’re made from plastic.
The company does not pay for return labels - so if you want to do a return you’ll have to pay over a $100 in shipping.

Very good customer service. I ordered my usual size, but they got in touch to say that I should probably change it due to their Asian sizing. They were right. Then the product arrived with a fault, but they quickly sent a replacement with no fuss when I contacted them. A beautiful product too at a reasonable price.
