I ordered a titan stress shot on the 14th jan 2025, they said it would take 6-30 days for it to arrive, it has been 31 days, and it still says “order ready” stay away from this scam website, payed for it with my own pocket money too, waste of money.

My son bought 3 guns haven't received them and keep being promised they are on their way, but tracking numbers don't work.

ALL A SCAM

Unsatisfactory customer service concerning the return process. They reply once a day trying to draw out the 30 day limit. Customer pays for return shipping. Probably best just to ship it back to their address and do a charge back, just sucks the whole process. This was the 2nd full price purchase and I was going to get another one or two of them. Hesitating now. Clearing being shipped from China. Box was in chinese.

It is now three and half months since my purchase which I made on my sons behalf with his pocket money so he is very upset as you can imagine. I have been in contact with customer service several times who keep fobbing me off and seem to have no intention of refunding me. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Call your bank's support number, have them connect you to the dispute center and dispute the charge. Let them know that the company is refusing to refund you full the cost of a defective product or that the product never arrived.

On to the review.

I own 8 of the mini 1911s that I received from a seller on Amazon for only $2 a piece, and none of them have issues. At the same time that I bought those, I also ordered the same gun from Stress Shot. My Amazon order arrived in 3 days. Stress Shot's order took over a month to arrive.

Upon receiving the Stress Shot gun, the spring is creaky and malfunctions, and the slide can't be fully racked back and locked because the tolerances are awful. These issues aren't present in any of the other 8 from Amazon.

I reached out to Stress Shot for a refund, and they asked for a video. I sent one, and they said they were going to review it. This is the response I received:

So they are in violation of Implied Warantee of Merchantability in the US, requiring that a refund must be given if a product is proven to be defective. Their correspondence usually takes multiple days after replying.

This shop is a scam, and the mailing return address on my package shows up as a nearly $700,000 house on Belmont Hills Drive in Suwanee, Georgia. The name on the label is only listed as "Jimmy" but a quick records search shows no such residents.

Do not buy from these guys. Find one on Amazon so you actually get a refund if it's defective instead of getting the run around from these losers.

Update: after further research, I discovered scam-detector dot com's review of Stress Shot.

They give Stress Shot a 7.7/100 score on trustworthiness and likelihood of not being a scam or fraudulent. Most of the reviews from TrustPilot are posted there as well for evidence.

I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and I've reported Stress Shot to reportfraud dot ftc dot gov with the address listed on the package and all of the details from our email correspondence. If you live in the US, I recommend you do the same.

Further update: they finally replied, only saying:

"As of now, we can only provide a 20% refund since we have also paid for shipping fee for this order."

Don't believe any of the "we'll give you a full refund" responses that they've made to other reviews below.

Took ages to arrive.The smallest guns were two for £23 the same product is in pound land for a fraction of the price.

Guaranteed delivery by Xmas- 3 weeks later it rocks up- offering me a 15% refund for the trouble - despite the fact obviously last minute gift had to be bought - managing child expectations- total joke all round without exception. Poor poor poor - and the products not all that either - don’t bother - shop elsewhere

Absolutely devastating!!! My son won't receive his Santa present this year. I ordered on the 1st Dec and its now the 24th. The tracking numbers don't work and stress shot keep assuring me that it is just stuck in customs and can take some time. What am I meant to tell him now? Absolutely disgusting ruining a child's view on Santa!

I've ordered a M1911 and received it after a few weeks. However after one day, it already malfunctioned so I contacted support. Without any hesitation they send me a brand new one! It works perfect and customer support was very helpful. As a person with ASD and ADHD that is a huge fan of firearms, this thing is perfect. I've been looking for a toy like this for a long time and I'm very satisfied with it. I'm already looking which one I'll buy next.

It SUCK they will take your money and then never send it. When you email them they will have a toddle text you back all before Ghost you.

This product is absolutely amazing and provides so much fun that I find myself unable to stop playing with it. The design is engaging, and it offers a fantastic experience whether you’re playing alone or with friends. However, I did encounter a small issue. At one point, the spring within the shell came out. Although I was able to put it back in, I found that I couldn't insert the dart afterward, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this minor setback, I believe it’s a fantastic toy that brings joy and excitement. The enjoyment I get from it far outweighs the inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend purchasing this product; it’s definitely worth it for anyone looking for some fun and entertainment!

It was the one thing my son wanted for his birthday. He is obsessed with one of the guns.
So a month ago I placed the order. I was thrilled.
The next day I got an email saying my item was on its way.
A month in, the weird tracking says its still "in suppliers warehouse ".
I have emailed the support team regularly and to be fair I get timely responses. All reassuring me its on its way, stuck in customs etc etc. Though the tracking says its still in their warehouse. When I asked for a refund they say they can't as it's "in transit".
My sons birthday is tomorrow. He will be so disappointed he didn't get the one thing he asked for.
A 10yr old without his gift and 50 euros stolen from us.

Don't buy from them

First of all, I just realised after purchase , this is a company with no physical address or contact number. There’s only one email address can be found online if you need to follow up or make enquiries on your purchase.

To make this worse, they are so unresponsive to a point where I think they want simply want you to give up and move on.

The guns are being shipped from China and the tracking number provided seems broken.

I learned my mistake, should have checked online reviews before placing my order.

I don’t even know where this company is at apart from the only email address you can find online.

What a crappy experience. The two mini guns I ordered broke within 1 day of use. The support was crap and kept telling me they are investing my case. I have offered to send it all back. After a while I received a notification that they refunded the amount of 1 gun, not 2. Even though both of them were broken. The worst ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Loved It! Mega Titan
I ordered it on Aug 17 and it arrived on Sep 9. All parts included arrived. Only thing is it looked different than on the picture. Orange tip protruded about 3/4 inch, and the slide could not be racked manually. Other than that it was great. Highly recommended

I ordered three guns for my son's birthday in early October. 1 of them arrived but not the other 2. Chased up the support staff and she kept providing the tracking number for the first shipment.

I was then provided a second tracking number which was supposed to be the second shipment but funny enough the tracking number is untrackable.

Nearly 7 weeks since my order and way after my son's birthday, I still haven't received any update and refund request is denied. They claim the shipment is being delivered but can't provide any response when I replied the second track number is not working.

Poor customer service and beware if you are looking to place an order from the website.

Have been waiting over 6 weeks for an update. They sent a China post tracking # that does not work. My order # is 32636. Have email support@stressshot 2 times now with no response. I will be getting a refund through visa fraud

I was promised a refund but got nothing after more than a month!

Recently my birthday came around and I bought the viper stress shot, and I understood that it would take about two weeks. From my experience I think this is a good product to buy. I have so much fun with it and I just got paid so I am planning on buying more :)
