Scummy. Parcel has been in transit for 79 days and marked as lost. They refuse to give a refund despite my paying for "shipping protection". Looking on their website I see no actual company information so don't even know what authorities to report them to - the parcel originates from Hong Kong.

No contact from the company and when you check for the tracking number No updates come out. Tried to reach them several times and nothing. My order number just in case is 32322.

So, I've heard that this is a scam because people haven't received. I don't have one, but an Amazon the one I want, the USP, is cheaper on Amazon by $7. I'm not worried about the price. I'm worried that it won't arrive. So, this is why I'm not getting one from here.

Ask for refund , ask for item status , not even one reply .

It misfires more often than not. 2 casing or more come out, or get stuck in the gun.

Basically overpriced Chinese plastic rubbish.

Do not buy this, get a nerf gun or something else that is built and designed with some level of care.

Also, delivery took more than a month.

Absolute scam ordered months ago tracking shows it in china going no where customer service never reply to emails

I ordered a reaper. I've not received an update on its location or status since it left China. No one is willing to help me find what's happening or when it is. I would not recommend this seller

I am using my mothers account for this comment and she has already made a review but I would like to go into more detail about my scenario. I ordered a widow stress shot over 3 months before the making of this comment, and spent my own birthday money buying it. I have patiently waited for those 3 months and only contacted support 3 days before the making of this review. I understand that I live in Australia, but the website stated that the waiting time would only be slightly elongated for tricky locations. I am yet to receive a reply in customer support but when I do I will be asking for a refund. When I look at the 'track your order' page it says that the order has expired. Don't know what that means but I hope I can still get a refund.

Yikes, I wish I checked Trustpilot before I bought, I bought one months, like maybe even 8 months ago,

First of all, thought it would be a cool stress toy, so I bought it.. told me an expected delivery time, didn't show up so I contacted support, took them 2 weeks to reply, still hadn't come, they said it would be longer.

After what felt like decades.. It arrived broken, now on the website it says they do refunds.. so I asked for one, showed them proof it arrived broken and they asked if they could ship another one out, I said no, I would like a refund, and I never heard from them again. they essentially, took my money and dipped. I sent a few more emails and I got no reply from those too.

DO NOT BUY EVEN IF CURIOUS.

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM (DROPSHIPPING). I found the exact same products on a bunch of Chinese websites, for half the price. The only reason that The Stress Shot hasn't been shut down is because the Chinese designers never put any restrictions, or can't reinforce them.

2 months and I’m still waiting on my order, multiple emails with a generic response on follow your order tracking. And it’s got to go through customs.

I advised 2 months is too long and I want another solution and my money back. Again I get ignored and I get a generic track your order.

I am assuming this is a scam company. The website did not make clear the products come from China. I ordered with "fast and free" delivery but am waiting more than 6 weeks later to receive my item. Customer service replies, but just points me to a tracking link that is in Chinese and I cannot make head nor tail of. They say they will not refund me as the item is supposedly "in transit". As with other reviewers, this has left my son without his birthday money or fidget.

I have been waiting for my Grandson's Fidget guns which he purchased on 29th July 2024 to arrive. According to the Tracking, they arrived in Melbourne 3rd August 2024 and 6 weeks later they still have not moved. Many emails to this company all to no avail. Do not deal with these ppl. I have asked for a refund a few times as I have not received my items nor have I been contacted by Customs informing me that my parcel is being held, if indeed one exists. Very unhappy. In future I will only pay via PayPal, This whole scenario is Stressful hence their name is appropriate.

the delivery took a while (it didn't say that on it's website) but when it got here it was oddly satisfying the clicking sounds aren't as it was on the ads but are still ok I really like this fidget but it could be better.

Customer Service was responsive and helpful.
You have to read the information about the timing of the shipping.
I got nervous after reading the reviews.
My Grandson said, "Grandma, it's coming it tells you how long it can take." He received his item 2 days after his birthday & his little brother received his about a week later. I always get them a less expensive gift for their brother's birthdays so they can both have something similar to play with each other!

It is cheap 3D printed plastic. Components fit poorly. Feels like it could fall apart tomorrow. Gun - the Python, to be exact - misfires. The hammer rarely if ever lands on the 'bullet'. Do not buy.

I ordered a stress shotgun for my son's birthday, I received an email saying gun left in designated safe space at property ( I don't have a safe space nor have I ever had one) as I live in a terraced house. Needless to say I have not received my item. It's been nearly a month of backwards and forwards now and I just keep getting fobbed off by their diabolical customer service team. I would truly have second thoughts before ever ordering from this company. There is a reason they have a terrible trust pilot score. STAY AWAY ... UPDATE after being left a message on here replying to my review saying this would personally be resolved, I can confirm my emails are STILL being ignored and as of yet I have still not had this resolved. This company are nothing but scammers who drop ship items from abroad and can not resolve problems when they occur. I can not stress how useless their customer service is. £50 down the drain.
