I ordered a stress shotgun for my son's birthday, I received an email saying gun left in designated safe space at property ( I don't have a safe space nor have I ever had one) as I live in a terraced house. Needless to say I have not received my item. It's been nearly a month of backwards and forwards now and I just keep getting fobbed off by their diabolical customer service team. I would truly have second thoughts before ever ordering from this company. There is a reason they have a terrible trust pilot score. STAY AWAY ... UPDATE after being left a message on here replying to my review saying this would personally be resolved, I can confirm my emails are STILL being ignored and as of yet I have still not had this resolved. This company are nothing but scammers who drop ship items from abroad and can not resolve problems when they occur. I can not stress how useless their customer service is. £50 down the drain.

Very bad service I ordered this for my sons birthday it came a month later we received it I emailed them to explain the gun wasn't fireing correctly so I asked for a replacement or refund they then asked for a video to show what the problem was then there was no response

If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order in March 2024 and it is now July 2024 and I never received it. I reached out to the customer service and they said they would send another order our which they have not and they will not respond. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. Its a scam.

This company is a joke. The product was marked as shipped, but couldn’t be located in the tracking for 3 weeks. The product finally arrived a month later, but it was the wrong item. I attempted to get in touch with customer service. They were completely unresponsive until I had sent more than six emails asking for the correct product or a refund. Finally, someone replied that i could get a refund if I returned the item. I replied back to ask how to return the item and never heard back, despite sending several follow up emails. On social media, I posted a review and the company responded and asked for my order number. I immediately provided it and never ever heard from them. If you buy from this company, beware. You probably won’t get the item you ordered, and you definitely won’t get any customer service to help you resolve issues. After a dozen emails, I’m out my money, and I spent way too much time dealing with this, and have still not heard back from customer service on how to return the item for a refund. Total hassle. Avoid this company like the plague.

SCAM Never received order from March then seized and destroyed by customs as imitation guns are prohibited in Australia which they would know yet advertise shipping to Aus

first, shipping took forever, which I understand coming from China no big deal. Second and Most importantly the gun broke the very first day. I have not been able to put it back together. I would not recommend buying any other products from this company.

Even there emails is a lies .
Don't buy from them Nothing.
It's a company who want your kids money for free.
Don't do it to your kids.

Came to say it's a scam and I see I'm not the only one. Basically, same deal - order never arrived, support initially makes visibility of some activity and then stops answering.

It’s been a month since we ordered I wrote support 3x before they got back to me, we still do not have the stress shot. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered and received both guns. One of the guns was damaged slightly. The damage was cosmetic and did not affect the function. I can live with it but disappointing. The 2nd gun arrive missing a screw in the slide causing it not to function properly. I have sent 3 emails to their support over the last 45 days with no response.

Hello, i ordered 2 guns for my sons for Christmas. The colt 1911 that comes with shooting physics and the ultra mini. It has been 3 months and they have not arrived. They never sent me a tracking number or a confirmation code. They just said my order has been processed. I hope stress shot sees this and replies to this. I would like to mention i ordered the omega and it arrived after 1 month. It does not shoot for some reason even though it comes with shooting bullets. I hope stress shot sees this and responds and sends me the 2 guns i ordered. Thank you and i do not recommend theese frauds. P.s. if it says im in colombia, from acctually florida usa but im writing this from colombia

I received only two of the three items I ordered.
Not anyone to speak with. Not happy with this. Don’t plan on ordering anything again.

I mean, kind of okay? Took a little while to get to my house. Just so you know, they are training guns. They just described them as fidget guns to get on Social media. Overall if you want to wait a while, then it's ok. I would say maybe do not buy but the quality is decent. Overall 3 stars.

Bought two of their toys back in March (Order number #14984), one arrived faulty and I followed their requests for images/videos of the issue (that they finally confirmed they'd recieved 2 months later).

Said they would send a replacement order.

Its been half a dozen emails, mostly one sided asking for updates only to be told they were working on it and will send a replacement soon. But now another month has passed and no responce or reply from their customer service team.

DO NOT deal with them. They will not reply to customer complaints only to "new enquiries" on their site, not interested in peopel who have already paid only those they can rope into buying their broken/faulty goods.

Never recieved and customer services are a joke. Ordered early this year. Paid for the shipping protection, but pretty much useless as they have declined the refund as it is apparently still ‘in transit’ with Australia post! What a joke

I made an order for three products in May and still haven’t received them and we are in July. I have tried to contact stress shot a number of times and haven’t got any response back from them. Would never order from this place and I’m still waiting for my refund.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Pretty sure this site is a scam. Ordered a gun for my nephew, didn’t get an order confirmation email even though they charged my card. It’s been over a month still haven’t recieved anything. Sent them emails about it, no response at all. Don’t waste your money!
