I would like to add onto the SCAM as well. We are now 5 months in and still no gun. Received a tracking number that took it from overseas to California to New York back to California then to Pennsylvania, where we live, and tracking said to was delivered. Went to the Manager of my post office who confirmed nothing was scanned at the post office for our house that day. Reached out to their wonderful (joke) support email who kept giving excuses then went completely silent. Buy a knock off from Amazon at least you know it will make it to your house!

Asked 2 times refund and nothing. Even u declined mastercard refund what i did.

As of now I ordered the widow maker and extra ammo and it's insured on May 9 but the tracking number still says it's not found Not A Good Way to Do Business

UPDATE- NOT a scam. We received it in the mail today. I’m so confused because the post office said it was a scam and a fake tracking number… yet here it is today. I’m changing my review to 5 stars.

This is a SCAM. I contacted USPS to see why the order was out for delivery… they said “ I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is an illegitimate tracking number, it won’t work with DHL, Usps, UPS, you pay for a product that was never shipped, and they how do use a third-party tracking app that is also a scam”. The tracking number is fake and I’m filing a dispute with my credit card to get a a refund. ALSO bought the SAME gun from Aliexpress.com for just $8 and it’s going to arrive by May 20 (7 days from now). Don’t buy from this company

It's a SCAM.
I never receive my item.
The USPS tracking number is false.
After 3 months of waiting I reached out to our post office and the number doesn't exist.

It's not pleasant to feel deceived. I purchased a product that wasn't working correctly. I reached out to customer support after a few days, and they asked me to send a video, which I did. Occasionally, I would check in to see if there were any updates on my refund request. They let more than a month pass before finally telling me that it's been over a month since the purchase and that they can't issue a refund.

Nobody likes to be deceived, and I hope something can be done to shut down this scam operation.

It’s been 7 weeks since we ordered and we still haven’t received anything, no shipping updates, and tracking doesn’t update.

This company are absolutely awful.
Ordered over 6 weeks ago and after sending numerous emails I get fobbed off time and time again saying they are so busy and bare with them.
Enough is enough!!!
My son spent his birthday money on 2 guns from this sham of a company and he is so upset that they have never arrived.

Avoid this company at all costs

I'm beginning to think this is a scam. My son purchased the fidget toy nearly a month ago and with the exception of a text message with a link to a website that doesn't seem to exist, we've had no communication at all. We were expecting there to be a little bit of a delay in delivery but the lack of contact or acknowledgement of the order and the fact that I can no longer find their website suggests this is just a complete scam. Don't waste your money would be my advice.

**EDIT** we have now received this (typically the day after I wrote this review) however, the quality is not great and after a few attempts the gun doesn't "fire" properly. Overall my son thinks its ok but definitely not worth the price he paid for it.

Ordered nearly 6weeks ago. No email. Nothing. My son used his birthday money for this. Should be ashamed! Reporting to local enforcement for fraud.

On the question from a mail where the package is the said it takes 6-14 days. I ordered 25-03.

I ordered like 2 months ago. Never got an email, so I can't track the order. My son is very sad that he used his money on something that never arrived. It is simply not okay! We were patient the first month and knew it would take a bit of time to arrive, but 2 months and still nothing? I will never order from this site again. You can find the same type of toys else where, which is also cheaper.

So, first of all, It took a month to get to my home. Then the safety lock on the gun broke on the first day, making it completely unusable. They advertise it so well, but the actual product is so bad. I would recommend it if it didn't break and if it would of came earlier. Also it cost £27 or so on discount.

Absolute scam - no delivery. I was told the order would arrive and had been dispatched. My 11 year old spent £70 of his pocket money on this and now there is no communication whatsoever. He is heartbroken and believes he will get a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves - there are no contact numbers or ability to get in touch.

Just like everyone else said, it's a scam, we've been waiting more than a month now. They provide bogus tracking numbers and insist they're not scammers, blaming it on the postal service.
