Designed to be kinder to the environment, all our watches and straps are handmade from recycled natural wood furniture and are vegan. We plant 10 trees and offset 250kg of carbon with every order, whilst also rescuing 20 plastic bottles from the ocean. Why not buy Mother Nature some time? The Sustainable Watch Company is born from a desire to save our planet. Whilst we are only small, we have big dreams! We aim to be a heavily climate positive business. This will see us removing significantly more carbon from the environment than we produce through our operations. Helping reduce the amount of greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere. Whilst we can't do it alone, we definitely can't do it without you, so thank you for shopping small! I recently purchased a watch from Sustainable Watch Company and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Made by a small company, with core values of sustainability and that on top of that goes above and beyond to address your doubts and concerns, having exceptional customer support.
The watch itself is a piece of art, absolutly stunning!

Really great design, workman ship of the watch. Really pleased with the watch. Excellent customer care and service. This is the 3rd watch I have purchased and they have all been quality items. People are so very impressed with the watches.

Excellent service
Purchased a watch earlier this year with no issues about ordering or delivery.
Beautiful watch but a fault occurred with the strap over Christmas.
Decided to email company, not expecting a reply until the new year, but Richard the company founder got back to me straight away and sorted the issue by means of a replacement.
Excellent company ethos with superb customer service.
Very impressive all round.

Poor Customer Service
Did not deliver ordered item on communicated date, frequent emails elicited “be patient” replies and quoting of the company returns policy. Eventually after over two weeks of no delivery and several emails, finally obtained a refund. Would not recommend.

Thanks for your feedback Colin,
We can’t process immediate refunds on request, we need time to investigate lost parcels, especially given the delays on delivery around the holiday period. In your case you had to wait 7 days from the initial request until we processed a full refund.
Once your order is collected by the courier, we no longer have custody of the package. We worked hard to get answers quickly for you from FedEx, sharing regular updates.
In the end, we processed your refund before hearing back from FedEx, to allow you enough time to order an alternative gift in time for Christmas. This was outside of our Returns Policy, but hopefully made getting a replacement easier.
As visible across our numerous other reviews, we pride ourselves on great customer service.

The Watches themselves are made to a very high quality and look absolutely amazing, On top of that I have had a couple queries regarding the watches and had extremely fast and helpful replies from Richard the founder and have ended up buying another one due to the 5 star service I highly recommend this company and the watches best decision I made

Beautiful watches and great customer service
I was so impressed by the watches on the website. I was looking for a 60th Birthday present for my partner, who is a wood turner and loves watches, so what better present. There is always the worry that items bought online will not live up to expectations, but this totally exceeded mine! Beautiful redwood bracelet, obviously well made and classic analogue watch go perfectly together. I cannot wait to see his face when he opens this. The customer service was also outstanding, there was a slight hitch in the ordering process, totally my own fault, but Richard responded to my email really quickly and sorted everything out for me.
