Designed to be kinder to the environment, all our watches and straps are handmade from recycled natural wood furniture and are vegan. We plant 10 trees and offset 250kg of carbon with every order, whilst also rescuing 20 plastic bottles from the ocean. Why not buy Mother Nature some time? The Sustainable Watch Company is born from a desire to save our planet. Whilst we are only small, we have big dreams! We aim to be a heavily climate positive business. This will see us removing significantly more carbon from the environment than we produce through our operations. Helping reduce the amount of greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere. Whilst we can't do it alone, we definitely can't do it without you, so thank you for shopping small! Excellent service
The customer service has been faultless from initial purchase to receipt of the watch. The delivery was delayed by the courier service totally the courier services fault. Rich at The Sustainable Watch Company went above and beyond to sort out the issue. Whilst the watch is Christmas present for my daughter it looks beautifully made and I’m sure she will be delighted with it.

Love my Apple Watch strap!
I was a little sceptical based on there being no reviews on here at the time of purchase however after contacting the company via messenger and having a reassuring chat with Richard I decided to go ahead… I’m so glad I did! The Apple Watch strap is beautifully crafted and the wood really sets off the black watch housing.
I use trustpilot reviews often when shopping online so I wanted to leave a review and support this relatively new UK business.

Love the watch
Love the watch - it looks amazing, works perfectly - but adjusting it was a challenge! We did get help really quickly after asking on their instagram, and the guy was really great at sending us the right info to adjust the strap after his suppliers had sent the wrong QR code and video in the box. The watch itself... beautiful. Thank you!
