Good, fast service. Product good for the low price. However, I ordered two items at seperate times and they were shipped together, but I was charged 2x postage.

I ordered a personalised travel mug and I have never experienced such great customer service. I received an email straight after my purchase that provided me with all of the information I needed. I ordered on the 25th May and it came on the 27th! TWO DAYS - amazing!

Ordered a personalised bib to be delivered next day. Arrived on time. The bib was really soft and I expected the printing to be an iron on transfer type quality but was surprised to see it was etched on to a great standard.

Personalised item printed with the wedding date didn't arrive in time and a refund refused. Dispatched email received on the day of order when the item was actually sent the next day. (Royal Mail 48 service is normally a reliable 2 day delivery service where I live). Missed an attempted delivery on the 4th day
after staying in that morning meant I couldn't collect it until the 6th day due to the next day being the Sunday. T Bird Gifts said it was my fault for choosing the 48hr delivery option and weren't prepared to refund even though it had taken 4 days.

Product came quickly but different to what is shown on website. It says product *may* differ but it was really important it was exactly as shown in the picture as was replacing a beloved pot that had smashed. When I called there was no apology or date given for when the replica pots would be in stock and no option of a refund or exchange.

Delivered within a few days, good support on the phone pre-order and the blue plaque layout and quality are great

I ordered a little vest for our first grandchild, I wasn’t very expensive, so I wasn’t expecting too much but it was for a laugh..
When it arrived it was super quality, far better than I could’ve hoped for..
Delivery was quick.
