This was an excellent and really engaging course. As an experienced HR professional who has already led and supported a large number of workplace investigations, I found it really valuable to build on my existing knowledge with guidance from someone as experienced as Cieron. The practical insight, particularly around structuring effective questions and approaching more complex investigation scenarios, was especially helpful.

The content was thorough and well delivered. It covered a lot of ground, but in a way that was relatively easy to follow. While this is definitely an advanced course and may feel more challenging for those newer to investigations, it is very well suited to its intended audience and adds real depth to existing experience.

Cieron was a fantastic facilitator. He was approachable, clearly very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer questions in detail. The discussions throughout were really engaging, and it was particularly valuable to hear about real-life experiences and how those have shaped best practice.

The opportunities to apply learning, particularly through group discussion and roleplay, were really beneficial. I would have loved a bit more of this, but there were some limitations due to group size. Otherwise, those sessions added a lot of value and helped bring the content to life.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. I’ve come away with a number of practical tools and approaches that I will use in future investigations, and I feel more confident and well-equipped in handling complex cases.

It was a really great experience

It was a really great experience, and I thought the enthusiasm with which it was delivered was incredible. I saw the perfect combination of theory, individual work, and group work as a real added value.

The whole course was full of information to help in the mediation process, being given the tools and structure to be able to proceed in the future with this will be really helpful.

What a fabulous course!

It's been a fantastic week of learning and practicing amongst a fabulous peer group, with a brilliant trainer and really interesting and useful content. I'd recommend the TCM Mediation course and qualification to anyone interested in mediation.

Excellent mediation course and trainer

The mediation course lived up to my expectations and the teaching was exceptional. I feel as if I've come away with real skills that I can apply to my professional and personal life. TCM staff/partners seem to share David's vision and passion for mediation and that really comes through.

The pre-course information was a little confusing, some of it was automated and some of it wasn't, and not all of it was relevant. Some essential information went straight to spam and I wasn't made aware that that could've happened. Improving this initial communication would make the learner experience smoother from start to finish.

Nevertheless, excellent content and delivery, would recommend.

Interesting and good discussions

Interesting and good discussions.

Would like more materials in terms of evidence for the case studies and an outcome for them that gives and example of being done well.

More case studies and role play would also be beneficial.
