I just completed the five day Mediation course and it was everything I wanted and more. The chance for honest discussions. sharing of experiences and practical elements were all excellent. The trainer was also very experienced and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Great insightful mediation training
A great training with lots of insights on mediation. Andi was great in explaining the process, well structured, and the training was very interactive. Along with the learning and exchange of experiences we also had fun.

A very well run course
I recently completed a Mediation course run by TCM. The course was run very well, with there being lots of course handout and a very well written workbook. The Lecturers on the course were extremely good and professional. I would highly recommend the TCM Group based upon my experience.

Informative and well delivered.
I found the course very useful and informative, facilitated in a professional manner by a knowledgeable expert in their field. It was well organised and delivered quality content. It was fast paced and covered a lot, so I would recommend people new to culture change do some pre-course reading in advance of attending. Would recommend to others.

Work Place Mediation Qualification - High Quality Learning Experience
The content of the course was very well put together. The facilitation was excellent. The course does really need you to commit to it as it is fast paced and covers a range of theories and practical work. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to gain quality work place mediation skills.

5 day mediation course
I attended the 5 day mediation course - the facilitator Marie was brilliant, so engaging and with a wealth of experience to ask lots of questions and get best practice and plenty of real life examples. The course itself is so thorough and I feel equipped to deal with mediation.

I recently attended the free webinar to gain insight into the 5 day mediation course and assess whether it would be worth investing in.
While the final 20 minutes of the session were genuinely useful, I found that a significant portion of the webinar – particularly the first 45 minutes – was heavily focused on sales content. Additionally, the extended personal account of the CEO’s journey, while perhaps inspiring to some, felt unnecessary and took away from the core purpose of the session.
A more balanced structure with practical content earlier on would have made the session more valuable for prospective participants.
Good session to have in the background as it takes awhile to get to the meat of the topic.

I'd like to give a bit of context in light of your feedback:
The first ten minutes allowed my training and events manager to explain how the TCM Academy works (this is a core part of the topic taster - albeit it's not practical as such but it's important). I then set out my 30 years experience of mediation and RJ to set the session into context and to showcase how universally useful these skills and processes can be.
I also delivered the session and I ensured there were numerous interactive elements throughout the entire webinar including group work, Q&A, practical exercises and a detailed case study of a mediation case.
I am very happy to take all feedback on board and would be very happy to have a chat to discuss this further.
A lot of hard work went into designing and delivering this 3 hour topic taster, it was provided free of charge, plus the overall feedback during and following the session was so supportive and positive.
My antenna is always up for 'salesy' content and I genuinely don't believe that was what was going on. We did however want to showcase our expertise and commitment to excellence - as you'd expect on a topic taster. It seems that you found that didn't align with your expectations which I am sorry to hear.
