Thr order never arrived
Thr order never arrived. I ordered 190 dollars worth of tights and they said there was nothing they could do. It was a cmas gift but I just ate the cost. Beware.

Good products but very bad delivery service
Good products but very bad delivery service. Compared to other online businesses selling similar products we ordered and paid for 1-2 days delivery. Including the strike from the Royal Mail it should had been delivered within 4 working days. After over 7 working days nothing.

The best place to buy tights
This is by far the best shop for tights I've used and I buy a lot of tights from here and all my tights from here, every order has arrived quickly and no wrong or missing items ever. Customer service is excellent and their prices can not be beaten. Always up to date with latest releases also.

Mislabelled products
I ordered a pair of stockings from them and the wrong colour was sent to me. When I contacted their customer support they said the colour sent was the only one that they had, and that both the colour description and the image of the product they'd taken from the original brand's site was incorrect.
There's not much point ordering from a site if you can't be sure that what you ordered is actually what you'll get.
I then requested they send me a shipping label for me to return it as the product was not as described and it ended up taking about 6 weeks for me to get my refund, and I had to keep chasing them up about it.
