I order about 13 to 14 vapes and one bottle of e juice but came the day said delivered and went to my post office and they said nothing was in for me then I went tired email the vapor world and still no reply been waiting and got nothing or reply’s no service from them tired calling multiple times reaching out in many ways but still nothing or no help

I had a very disappointing experience with Vapers World.

I received e-juice that had clear signs of being expired or degraded—the liquid smelled foul, tasted off, and showed visible oxidation. I am not a new vaper and know very well how e-liquid should look, smell, and taste when it’s still good. My concern was not based solely on the manufacturer date, but on the actual condition of the product itself.

When I reached out, they insisted the dates were manufacture dates and claimed the products were still within shelf life, despite the obvious quality issues. What’s more frustrating is that the company has previously been compliant in refunding e-juice manufactured over two years ago, yet in this case they refused to take responsibility and dismissed my concerns with a technical explanation instead of addressing the degraded product.

For a consumable product that is inhaled, this lack of accountability and inconsistency in customer service is unacceptable. I expected better quality control, clearer labeling, and a reasonable resolution—but none were provided.

I would not recommend purchasing e-liquids from Vapers World based on this experience.

This is absolutely the best place I have ever ordered from. I have been a customer for 4-5 years and have NEVER been disappointed. I don't even shop in town anymore. They have the biggest variety of vapes, vape kits and hardware, a huge collections of flavors, fast delivery, and the nicest, most supportive customer service.
They have contacted me via email and text if a vape I ordered was out of stock or on back order. They can offer recommendations to help with replacing, if needed. They have discount codes and specials all the time, along with a monthly VIP membership. There is a variety of different VIP membership packages to benefit all customers. Even with all of the changes, rules and regulations over the years , they still will do anything they can to accommodate the customer

I ordered one vape and was sent another much cheaper vape that was a knock off brand named something similar but not the device they advertised in the picture, name, or description. I called them and they acknowledged they made a mistake and told me to email them so they can make it right. In their email they offered a refund, replacement, or store credit so I emailed them back trying to get any one of those and was ghosted after that. So not only was I a victim of false advertising they also lied about making it right and led me on

If I could leave 0, I would. I ordered a brand of vapes- clear flavor- as the state I live in banned flavors. There’s one type of vape for sale that’s still legit- BC5000 Clear. Vapers World sent me Elf Bars- expired from 2023. Gross. Please don’t wipe old product off your shelves to paying customers. So gross.

I have to say my shopping experience was great, the only issue that i ran into was the mobile site interface was a bit glitchy, but from start to finish it was great! I ordered the pearl white Drag X2 and i was truely impressed! Just as a heads up this doesnt come with an 18650 battery. You can pick them up at a pretty good price.
