AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My husband ordered a football shirt mystery box for my sons 10th birthday. Not only has it not arrived, they don’t reply to emails. Complete scammers. Will be looking into getting a refund from this absolute joke of a company. Trading standards will also be contacted and hopefully they will shut this company down before they scam any more unsuspecting people.

This 'company' is a joke. If you read all these bad reviews and still decide to buy from them then you deserve the utter Rubbish they sell, which is rather different to items they market online.
The items are such poor quality and the customer service (when you get a reply) is useless, i didn't even get a confirmation email for my purchase, and then had to chase them to see when it would be delivered. The items went straight in the bin.

Avoid avoid avoid, scammed my young son out of his pocket money by giving him a couple of lighters and lanyards!!! Absolutely awful. Don't fall for this.

The reason why it’s not 5/5 stars is because one of the items came broken but I emailed them and they sent me 2 new ones right away but all together as a company they are great, will definitely be ordering again but a bigger mystery box💪🏻

Utter garbage . I got four zippo lighters, 3 lanyards and two pop sockets. I contacted them to see if this was normal or a mistake to give them the chance to rectify before I put a review in, but got no response at all. Do yourself a favour and avoid. These 5 star reviews must be paid for imho

I bought two tracksuits for £30 just one was delivered.I emailed them they give me refund for other tracksuit which wasn’t delivered. Really appreciate good customer service thank you so much 😊

Total scam.
£30 mystery box had a cheap market stall tracksuit. A lighter which doesn’t work. And a 50p (that’s being generous) lanyard.
Emailing to return.
Avoid like the plague. Every 5 star review is obviously fake.

Contacted use and within 10 min uses replied with an answer also arranged to send out another product .I have used use the past 3 Christmas's and my son loves your tracksuits

Absolute waste of money! Bought a £30 clothing and accessories mystery box as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and it’s not even good enough to give as a present! I had a call of duty Matt, a cheaply made multicoloured lanyard and a cheap tracksuit that cost £8 from J5 fashion. Very very disappointed will not be purchasing from here again. Not worth your money what so ever, AVOID!

Ordered the £50 premium mystery football tops.dosnt come with the box or any packaging. Just two football tops in a bag.
I read the reviews before ordering, Dosnt come as advertised or how the picture depicted and I think Pinocchio 🤥 writes the reviews....if you want the truth go to trust pilot for reviews,,,one women on here hers came In a dog food box🙈. It's been 24hours they havnt responded to my email. 100%con.100%would NOT order again. Also took about a week to deliver after been told 2/3 days. 🤷‍♀️

Not worth it! Ordered a £20 mystery box with free gift on Black Friday and got a 3 broken lighters 3 lanyards and a coaster. All came in a dog food box. Not worth your money should of read the reviews before

Don’t bother buying mystery boxes, bought a £10 (reduced from £40) and two £20 (reduced from £75) and all three boxes have the same amount and the exact same things in them, absolute waste of £50!

Got the 10 item mystery box and honestly I wouldn’t get it again. They’re 2 or 3 of the same thing. Not much variety at all.

Ordered the £30 pound mystery box and they basically ordered a cheap tracksuit off j5 fashion for £18 pound

Don’t waste your money. Bought a mystery box as a Christmas present for my partner. Received multiple items of the same thing. 3 landyards? 3 lighters? Some cheap shoe holders that will not hold shoes, two phone pop sockets. Would’ve been nice if they put different items in, why put 3 of each item in. They just arrived in a box too, no protection wrap. Good job I have time to replace the gift

What a scam!! Ordered the Black Friday Mystery Box and received items not even worth £10 never mind £40. Luckily I ordered via PayPal so disputed said order and got a full refund (minus shipping).
DO NOT BUY!!!
