Great Service and speedy Delivery
I ordered an impact vest from the watersports centre. The colleague who helped me via the online chat was super helpful with checking stock levels and size guides. They dispatched it the same day and it was delivered the next. Fantastic service!

excellent service and communications
What made this order and service particularly good was the excellent communications and updates from The Watersports Centre. There was a slight delay with the order, due to having to ship in from Europe, but I was kept fully informed throughout.

Simply great company to dela with
One of the best companies I have come across. Placed my first order with them last week.
Very helpful advice regarding sizing on the phone and their advice made me change my order size and it arrived and there advice was spot on and a perfect fit.
A couple of glitches with the stock levels on there new website but a call soon confirmed stock and ordered smoothly
Quick delivery arrived next day and nice little thank you note this is how companies should be will definatly use again

Knowledgeable staff, helpful advice, excellent communication
I had a lot of questions when upgrading my board and they helped me pick the best one for me based on my ability and location I ride. They never tried to sell me the most expensive. And the new board is AWESOME - their advice was spot on and my kiteboarding has improved overnight. Thank you!
Their communication was also excellent. When there was a possibility the delivery was going to be slightly delayed they let me know straight away. As it was, there was no delay because they managed to resolve the potential issue right away but it was nice to be kept updated just encase. I will definitely buy from them again.
